The banh beo truly looked amazing. How awesome was it for you to get an glimpse inside that family's life and they showed you how they made the banh beo? Maybe next time you are in Vietnam and are around Da Nang, hit up "Helen's Recipes". Her channel is on the decline, but at one time she was pretty popular for cooking Vietnamese food. Also hit up other youtubers like Phuc Map and Dustin from "Vietnam Meets Dustin". They may not be food-centric, but you can grab some of their Vietnamese audiences. :)

Yeah you cannot rush the dripping coffee. Totally different from the take away culture in the West, these dripping coffee are actually enjoyed (mostly) by the retired citizens. So you grab a book, get your coffee, take a sip once in awhile and enjoy the time passes.

đây là bánh bèo Quảng Nam, to hơn, dày hơn và nhân bánh khác với bánh bèo Huế (bánh nhỏ, mỏng, nhân là bột tôm khô đã chấy). Bánh của Quảng Nam là dành cho dân lao động, ăn bữa lỡ (nửa buổi sáng) khi làm đồng hay các việc khác nên bánh phải to, nhiều năng lượng, bánh của Huế là cho vua quan ăn chơi nên nhỏ nhắn, xinh xinh. Đừng nên phân biệt và tự hào vùng miền quá đáng. Tất cả đều là đặc sản là văn hoá của Việt Nam.
