Hi! I made this recipe and these were delicious!!! I'll definitly make it again. The only thing is that I feel like you don't taste the raspberry jam so much since it's cooked. I thought that maybe I could put it after but then it wouldn't hold itself as good... Do you have any suggestions? Ty and have a nice day !!! :D

Hi!! So glad that you liked it :) You could definitely drizzle the jam atop after baking too (they might be a bit stickier but you'd definitely taste it). I would add more jam if you felt the flavour wasn't stronger, or maybe use a jam with a higher concentration of fruit?

Wow. I make shortbreads and chocolate fudge separately. Combining them with add ons is genius Vedika ❣️ P.S. its the same way I make fudge too but have never baked, they set in the fridge and keep well. Why are we baking them here?

Hi Yukti! You don’t need to bake it per se but it is necessary when you add the shortbread dough on top, and baking also helps the jam set. It’s great for toasting the nuts as well!
