I know this is an older video but I wanted to share my story with this tea. When I was trying to get pregnant with my third child, I had very irregular periods and wasn't ovulating. I drank this every day for one cycle and wound up pregnant...with identical twin girls. :) I'm a believer in the benefits for sure.

I discovered this tea last year from another KZbinr and let me tell you guys this tea has been life changing for me when it comes to my monthly cycle. Last year I suffered from really incredible period pains that had me feeling like I was dying and I did have the occasional times where I had to call in sick to work because my cramps were that bad. Since I have been drinking this tea my cramps are very minimal to non existent and now whenever my time of the month comes around I always make sure I am stocked up on this tea.

I have irregular periods. Discovered this tea a few months ago and it's been life changing. It is also wonderful to drink at the end of pregnancy! I have had a cup or two everyday at the end of both of my pregnancies (Midwives suggest 36 weeks+) and have had two beautiful unmedicated births! Didn't know about using it for cramps!

I was very skeptic about this tea at first coz you know, how can a tea ease your labor? Boooyyy i was so wrong. I took it during 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy and the contraction was severely strong! My cervix dilated at 2cm but the contraction came every 2 minutes, lasted for 30-40 seconds. By the time i was about to deliver my baby, the strong contraction actually made everything so quick and easy. I definitely recommend pregnant moms take it during 2nd trimester to avoid powerful contraction.

I usually use Valerian root tea to handle my cramps. I'm drinking raspberry leaf tea now. (The store was sold out of Valerian). It helps, & it definitely smells better. Adding it to the cupboard as an option.

If you're having irregular periods you might should get a Blood Test done to check your Prolactin levels...I never got my period..and when I did it will come once every other 6mths got some blood work done found out my body was making too much Prolactin and that was causing my period not to come..Got prescribed "cabergoline" bout 8wks later my period came and plus I'm drinking the tea with it...good luck ladies

Raspberry Tea has helped me. My cramps were about an 8, a 7 with a heating pad- and staying away from lots of sugar, salt and fat right before my period. An older lady said drink raspberry leaf tea. You’ll thank me later. Within in a hour of my period, drinking the tea also. It lessens my cramps and increases my flow or at least helps my flow start. It’s the first 5 hours that are a bummer. But with the tea, I can actually rest and sleep through it and count on the tea to get my flow going. Then at night, I can actually sleep for a little while. Before the tea, I hardly could sleep even with the heating pad. The cramps are like a 6/5. I’m happier. Still tired but a lot less moody and in pain the first 24 hours. There’s definitely a difference for me.

When I was pregnant I started to drink this tea but was not consistent with it! My pregnancy was very smooth and no abnormalities throughout! The last few weeks became stressful as our midwife cancelled on us on Henry's (our son) due date. We ended up going to the hospital when I went into labour which was completely against what I wanted but I didn't know what to do, my son ended up being stillborn and I was given a c section. Now I am recovering from the surgery and the loss of our son but I have decided to start drinking this tea again as of today so I can get my cycle back on track and have my body healthy and ready for the next time I get pregnant!

The best thing to me in my experience for cramps is water...if you drink 1 gallon of water a day for about 3 days after the 2nd day you will feel like your not even on your period. I do this everytime and it helps me drastically. It may not be the same for all but i know it works guranteed for me.

I'm less than halfway through(2:23) and I just want to say that while I should drink more than one cup, after the first cup during my period my cramps just stop all together but also my periods get a little weird for the next like 6+ hours(it's nothing intolerable). Like the blood doesn't just flow out, comes out only when I pee which I know some women would thoroughly enjoy, I'm not really a fan but I'd take that over my cramps any day

My myopractor suggested this tea to me to help me get pregnant. I am not a huge tea drinker and have been trying to stomach this tea. Thought I would note that i have been adding some vanilla creamer with honey to it and it has definitely helped the taste. Hope this will help me ease into tea.

Most teas are really bitter without some sort of fat and/or sweetener, just an fyi if you haven't tried enough teas to figure that out yet(: some are sour like hibiscus tea but a little bit of sugar or honey or other sweetener and it really brings out the flavor.
