In this episode, Chris tells his story, and quite a story it is. Starting life as a bit of a trouble maker Chris was able to turn his life around with martial arts and religion.

I think what you talked about with the catch match to determine the fake match Would 100% sell with the growth of grappling right now. Post the fake match and then release the no time limit match afterwards for the die hards.

I'm only half way through and this is sensational stuff . It's one of those podcasts when you start listening with an open mind and get way more than you bargained for! I'll be honest, I've never heard of Chris but I would have given my right arm to have a coach like him when I was younger. So much wisdom via crazy experiences to pass on. i started training under Chris a good few year back, he's a great fella, not only does he coach us on the matt but also off, ive learnt so much being a student of his and met some great people because of him, he is now a friend and mentor for all aspects of life
