I love that the living room and kitchen are 2 completely separate rooms, and that the living room is an actual room. Too often the living room or sitting room area in a very small home is nothing more than an uncomfortable looking loveseat stuck in a corner, and a wall mounted television.

Wow, Rassel, it's hard to wrap my head around the fact that this is actually a small home, because it feels so palatial! It's simply perfection! The things I like best: how spacious the living room is, a kitchen that is made for someone who loves to cook with plenty of workspace and storage space, the guest bathroom on the main floor and then the magnificent stairway leading to rooms with the ultimate in privacy. Wow, how could it get any better?! How fun would it be if I had pots of money and could build a community of little houses, everyone living in a beautiful, tailor-made space? Well, a person can dream, right? Anyway, bravo, you pulled it off again - you're simply a space magician!

As a Tiny home connoisseur I had to watch this video many times over. I felt as if I kept getting lost. A Tiny home where the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. This is AWESOME!!!! I also find it hard to be so spacious & even has a main floor bathroom. I would find a way to add a washer & a dryer or a small closet where a laundry room could be. I'm not sure if I like the washer/dryer combo yet. I can't wrap my brain around a combo appliance that is so necessary to families. Hands down this design is VERY VERY smart & comfortable. I can't wait to see many more designs. I admit I constantly keep designing my in-law suite that I wish to have some day. Great Job!!!!

@@corilia9529 it's a combo machine. It does both the washing & the drying. I'm not sure I like these machines yet. I feel better with 1 washer & 1 dryer if they can find a spot for both.

I like the layout of it all, open yet cozy and both rooms have their own bathrooms plus one downstairs. I got spoiled from the other video and would love to add a little balcony to each of the rooms.

The design is spectacular! I've not come across anything like it until now. The ample countertops work space, the beautiful overall layout, and something that makes the whole thing set apart - the beds have space on each side for ease of linen changing. Excellent!

Beautiful kitchen with a lot of cupboards. Love how the staircase separates into the bedrooms! What I think would be nice if in-between the bathroom was accessible with a door from each bedroom. Closets are great. Carport is nice too. Thank you for sharing with us.

This design is awesome. Love the dining space, however I would personally need my living room to be a little bit more spacious and have less kitchen space. I also appreciate less windows on the main floor. For me that's a security and safety measure. I'd love a balcony area upstairs outside the main bedroom and extend the porch area for seating and plants. I am looking into tiny living as my reality to come into fruition very soon. Been watching and researching tiny homes and building out skoolies or box trucks for full time living.
