Hey Dave. Really love your videos and your humour. They first call with the aircon blowing into the condensing unit. In some cases in small yard areas we install a “scoop” on the A/C. A wedge shaped cover that we secure to the unit and it only has to go up little less than half way up. Works really well. Will see if I can’t find a picture may make more sense

Up in Canada we use what’s called a wind baffle kit, mostly for low ambient conditions, but the front part would direct the air up and away from the other condenser, same as your describing 👍

I also had a heat pump pushing hot air into my a.c. coil. I was able to angle the heat pump just enough, without having to change anything , to divert most of the hot air away. The copper and sealtight flexed enough to make me happy.
