Conservation just like charity, begins at home. What do I mean by that? At a basic level, it means to be aware of the impact your actions have. In this case, glue traps which are still commonly found in the market ( even after being banned) actually pose a huge negative impact for the local wildlife. And not to mention it’s also the cruelest possible way to trap and kill rodents. Animals are stuck to the glue trap for days and experience a slow and painful death. Majority of the wildlife rescue cases in urban India are also glue trap related.
