It's amazing how quickly the weather can turn on Rainier. I'm generally well prepared, this mountain has humbled me more than once. As always, great video. I also really like the intro music.

Your stories are interesting and we can learn lessons from other's misfortune. You may save some lives with this video and your work. Also, snowshoer Knapinski may have changed his life. He said in an interview: "And as soon as I get physically able, that’s going to be my calling in life,” he said. “Just helping people. … I’m still just shocked and amazed.” (Seattle Times 14 Nov 2020)

Yes. I'm still working on getting into my house and that's taking a lot of time too, but yes. Still working on streamlining too to get more videos out.

Poke animal in the eye 👍 Don't hike solo. People should not assume that rescue team will come for them and do dangerous hikes. It is selfish and reckless because rescuers can get hurt during rescue operations too. For you it is getting some exercise, for them maybe dying on the job. Helicopters can crash too.

I’m always amazed by the quality of your videos. I’m not much of a Patreon type of viewer, but decided to download the app and begin supporting you with a little bit of cash, especially being SW WA buddies. Thank you again for the great videos :)
