All those side dishes (except for the sallad, that you can eat individually) is meant to be eaten together with the meat & bread or else they become overwhelming. We dont really use the bread to put all the stuff on it (like a Kebab roll in England or something), you can if you wish...... but we first take a bite of the bread (can dip it in the sauce or garlic/yoghurt cream sauce before) and then you use the fork to pick some part of meat, as you chew you take a bit of peppers, sallad etc..... take a sip of the Ayran (its yoghurt with some water & salt).... then repeat until all its vanquished. :)

and the Bacon & Truffle Cream Sauce1 tablespoon truffle oil 4 strips high-quality bacon 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste) 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (to taste) Instructions 1. Prepare the Bacon: Cook the Bacon: Heat a Skillet: Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add Bacon: Lay the 4 strips of bacon in the skillet. Cook Until Crispy: Cook the bacon for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Remove Bacon: Use tongs to remove the bacon strips and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat. Reserve Bacon Fat: Drain Fat: Carefully pour the bacon fat from the skillet into a heatproof container, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet. This will be used for flavor in the sauce. Chop Bacon: Cool and Chop: Once the bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble or chop it into small pieces. Set aside. 2. Prepare the Sauce Base: Sauté Shallots and Garlic: Heat Bacon Fat: In the same skillet used for bacon, heat the remaining tablespoon of bacon fat over medium heat. Add Shallots: Add the 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots to the skillet. Sauté Shallots: Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shallots become translucent and tender. Add Garlic: Add the 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet. Cook Garlic: Sauté for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add Cream and Flavorings: Pour in Heavy Cream: Add 1 cup of heavy cream to the skillet with the shallots and garlic. Add Dijon Mustard: Stir in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Add Worcestershire Sauce: Mix in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Add Thyme: Add 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves to the skillet. Stir to Combine: Stir all ingredients together. Simmer the Sauce: Bring to Simmer: Increase the heat slightly and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Reduce and Thicken: Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has reduced slightly and thickened to a creamy consistency. Incorporate Bacon and Cheese: Add Bacon: Stir the chopped bacon into the sauce. Add Parmesan Cheese: Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Mix Until Cheese Melts: Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and incorporated. Season the Sauce: Add Salt and Pepper: Season the sauce with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Adjust Seasoning: Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed. 3. Serve the Sauce: Drizzle Over Potatoes: Warm Sauce: Ensure the sauce is warm before serving. Pour Sauce: Drizzle the sauce generously over the Ultimate Bacon Infused Jacket Potatoes. Garnish: Optional Truffle Oil: Drizzle a small amount of truffle oil over the potatoes, if desired. Additional Garnishes: Optionally, sprinkle with additional fresh thyme leaves or extra Parmesan cheese for added flavor and presentation. Serve Immediately: Presentation: Arrange the potatoes on a serving platter. Enjoy: Serve and enjoy the rich, creamy, and luxurious Bacon & Truffle Cream Sauce with your Ultimate Bacon Infused Jacket Potatoes.
