I've been following you for quite some time and this video brings everything together that I admire you for. Non-judgmental of the people needing food, indeed you cough up some coin or share your own food so that they get something to eat. Yeah eating in a visibly sketchy food outlet but non-judgmental of the guy not having all the paperwork taped up on the wall ... the guy is working for a living and upgrading as he can afford and banging out a very simple but apparently tasty item. Some of the best food I've had in my life has come from places "down cellar stairs . . . menu written on wallpaper" etc. Good on you Danny!!!

Food carts are allowed in public places, but it looks like he's parked on a property rather than the street so he probably has permission to sell there

@@Mvrky0 I doubt he does. There is no seperate washing facities for hands and equiment. No displayed public liability insurance or hygeine certificate. There was no fridge. I doubt there was any recording of the food? He used the gloves to handle both raw and uncooked food, money and the sause bottles then for the tin foil. He clearly has no hygiene training whatsoever. As for the rules about waste disposal and maintaining premises you can forget that too. This is so flipping dodgy and illegal!

I used to live up HareHills over 20 years ago and yeah, it's a bit rough just like a lot of other areas around the country but, it is also filled with a lot of hard working people. The snobbery in these comments looking down on a man trying to make a few quid in the current climate based on where he's located and what he's serving it out of is unreal and I guarantee that a large percentage of the people commenting are just lazy dole dossers unsuitable even to chop the guys onions.
