Let's not forget that ZVC started his 'career' by stealing models. Early on he had NO idea how to modify anything on the glk. He would reply to comments admitting as such. Yes, over time he developed his own CAD skills but that does NOT excuse him ripping models and making a profit from them....AT ALL. I take great pride in admitting that I own several ZVC stl's that I did not pay a penny for, and never will. He should be sued into oblivion.

I bought a toy gun that is something like this from AliExpress. That version had bullets that separated bullets and casing. So when you activated a spring in the casing the bullet would shoot. So basically a fully working gun with case ejection as well. This video made me interested in 3D printing guns. As for making props and models of guns. If i were to get into this hobby what printer would be reasonable to get? In terms of price. What material would be cheap and what would be best quality? I know PLA is the most basic kind but what more is there? Thanks for any suggestions.
@ideas-y4p18 күн бұрын
These type of models with entry level printers like the Ender series are good for the job. As for fillament, i have used many types, but PLA takes top spot as my go to for frames and slides due to its strength and ease of use. For slightly flexible things like grips, PCL is barely printable (low melt point) and likes to stick (very stuck) to print beds a lot but has nice and soft grip in return. For mag springs and strong parts, ABS or PETG is my go to due to it retaining shape for a long time, but id only recommend it for parts that are small and have little surface area (warps too much), but u can counter this by applying a thin layer of PLA and then printing on top of it (you will have to remove the PLA layer though)
