Good moves nice techniques using that ring for your practices are Wing Chun incredible and amazing and very unique I guess you don't need no more dummy and I want to practice Boone telling you can use a wooden dummy if you want but you was in a ring could even help you too 🥋☯️🙏😌🙏☯️🥋
