I so desperately miss those days. The world these days seems like a cold, shitty place. I'm just so thankful that I was part of that culture back in the 90's. So many raves I've been to, I've literally lost count, lol. Big up all the old skool ravers!

Oh I remember those days very well. I remember Fantazia, Obsession, Amnesia House, Shellys, Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, Tribal Gathering, Orbital, Raindance, Peace Fest, Trance Dance, Resurrection, Mythology, Anthology, Club Kinetic, Pleasuredome, there was an abundance of good nights back then unlike now. In my day we seen it happen and how it took the country by storm. We wasn't interested in what remained of Thatchers government we just wanted to turn on, tune in, drop a few, and then drop out....with a spliff of solid. And oh how we laughed and laughed. It was a wicked time to be alive and a teenager. And we also had top shelf, unadulterated, industrial grade MDMA the proper stuff. The last decent E I had I scored it in the Sanctuary in Milton Keynes. A Dove too 😂

"Spliff of solid"...that's ace. Haven't heard that term for nigh on 35 years hehe..you were definitely there 😂

@danphillips1455 it's all weed nowadays. I still have a cheeky smoke too, just not as often. They were good days man I could tell you some right old freaky stories mate believe me but I bet you could tell me a few. Hey do you remember the one that never happened? Dreamscape Woodstock? Supposed to be a 2 day event but was called off? We almost bought tickets for that ya know. Had that gone ahead it would have probably beat Fantazia One Step Beyond at Castle Donnington for attendance. That was the word around the campfire at the time. Anyway all the best and happy new year mate. 👍

Back to the 90s....those were the days! I went to both of the Orange Camden Palace reunions last year (and I've already got my ticket for next year), and Raindance's 35th (already got my ticket for the next one in 'Feb!) It was wicked raving with some proper old skool headz. I saw a few peeps I know as well at all of them! Big up the original hardcore and jungle ravers!

In the past people would brick up their windows in UK because they were taxed on the amount of Sunlight shining into the house. Hence the expression "its daylight robbery." No wonder folks turned to recreational drugs and things.

Became inadvertantly responsible for the creation of Dubstep music at one point. I'll subscribe to you anyway as we've the same name..
