Thank you so much. But seriously, i've had women and men in their 80's do my classes. Age is nothing! If it inspires you, think about giving it a go. Hula hoop dance is totally modifiable and can be as high or low impact as you'd like to make it. Think about it... hehe x

@@SpinJoyHoopDance you're amazing. How long it takes to practice to reach your level. I've practicing knee hopping with no success. I've been watching many tutorials but they don't work.

@@nanonano6553 I have been hula hooping now for about 8 years, though it didn't take me too long to get good. Maybe 1 year to become a professional performer.
