[17 May 2018] The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Pune police has arrested three relatives of real estate developer DS Kulkarni (DSK) for fraudulent dealings associated with the DSK fraud case. The arrested persons were identified as Kedar Vanjape, Sai Vanjape and Dhananjay Pachpor. The couple and other office-bearers of the DSK Group were booked on October 28, 2017, by Pune police’s EOW and an FIR was registered with Shivajinagar police station after some fixed depositors alleged that the group had not repaid their money. The number of complainants reached 4,300 till February 16 this year. DCP Sudhir Hiremath said that three accused namely Kedar Vanjape, Sai Vanjape and Dhananjay Pachpore have been arrested in the case of DSK’s depositors scam. “All three accused have played significant role in the conspiracy of siphoning the public deposits,” added Hiremath www.sakaltimes.com/pune/3-relatives-dsk-nabbed-18142

The way Kedar sir is explaining is awesome. I am impressed. In the last few minutes, he is actually explaining what went wrong and what should have been done. It seems that he is knowledgeable, well known person in his field. But personally I feel that Kedar and Dsk should sit together and find some solution to resolve their past issues. Frds what i feel is business man or woman is an attitude.. no business can be done with any boundaries like caste or religion or gender! These are days of service, excellence & quality, anybody who can give these three things in any business, he or she will grow & rest all will vanish!! One can always urge people of our caste or religion to become a businessman but we cant make them survive by providing crutches of caste is a fact!! Will i go to a doctor with poor diagnosis skills just because he is marathi? or will i eat at a hotel with bad taste of food & poor service just as hotel owner is a marathi? Lets ask this question to ourself.. today what each of us has achieved is not because of our caste or religion but because of our knowledge & skill, because we worked hard to earn! Being proud of our caste & religion is one thing (though that also i dont feel by myself as i am born at bramhin parents isnt my credit) but lets always keep these things separate from knowledge & skills as then only this country will grow.. is what my personal opinion!.. today has dsk or any other businessman given martahi people flats cheaper or higher FD interest just because they are marathi? neither dsk nor any builder has made any favour to anybody, lets understand it, this is sheer business which runs on give & take only! in a recent vidio dsk says he is ready to go in jail if govt will pay his depositors! wonderful logic as with this philosophy a criminal will break bank lockers steal cash & will be ready to go to jail & govt will pay the bank!! further dsk says he has opened an account where from all the world people will deposit money as donation & from that donation he will complete his projects as well repay depositors & then if 400 crores are collected then dsk will add his 400 crores & will help any such business which comes in problem! very noble thought but dsk what happened to all the money from depositors, flat-holders & banks u hv already taken,? why the projects are not completed from that money, dont u think this answer is more important than such rosy dreamy fund thought? by the way your business is in just cash crunch right now as per u so three years back when u hv enough cash at disposal that time ur own colleague mr phadnis who was also maharashtrean bramhin, his business got in trouble n mr phadnis is in jail right now with his family, who stopped u to go ahead & help him? dsk, enough of ur bluffing as u can fool one person at one time but not all persons all the time? accept this universal truth & in last years of ur career be honest & put forward facts about money of people which u & u family has missuses!! u r afraid to go to jail n u hv no money, this is only truth rest all is ur bolbachhangiri to save ur true face which is corrupt! best part is company clearly says this is donation & no refund or interest will be given but how the doaner will be assured about proper use of funds, dsk has no answers for this! mr dsk issue is u can accept money from a boy who has saved his money he got by washing cars but u & ur son keeps traveling by ac Mercedes & bmw, what moral right u hv got to ask people like pratik kolpe to ask for their hard earned money for ur misdeeds!! and dsk says he has assets of much more valuation than his debts repeatedly then why ask for donations as how much donations he wants to be in place to refund depositors money plus get back his business back to normal, & how much time it will take for all this process, this facts also dsk is not telling!! whole thing is new fraud as the person who cant refund banks as well investors money as he missuses it for his personal lavish life style, who will believe he will use donations for proper use & dsk group is not some charity ngo for which people should give donations from their pockets with no returns!! yet we have got some good soul fools around who will get fooled & drain their money in dsks pocket, god bless!! now on 12th feb hearing dsk will tell to HC that he has floated crowd funding scheme so give him time to collect money through that & grant bail!! issue is dsk permitted to collect more money from public when he is under trial for missus of public depositors money? though he is smart enough to mention money collected under this scheme is non refundable but does that mean dsk will be non accountable for use of this money & who assures use of this money for depositors repayment & in what time span? what about tax on such donations collected as well tax applicable on the donner as what he will show this donation as in his accounts?I will like to ask hon court .. isnt this violation of ur guidelines of not to prejudice depositors as well mislead them? btw today when dsk presented a boy in press conference who donated 11k rupees by car washing on road in crowd funding, dsk was seen still wearing a rado watch worth few lac rupees, need i required to say more?

i remember that Mr Ravi karandeekar was the first person who exposed DSK and warned through his blog ,that everything is not normal with DSK, when he was on top and nobody suspected that he is going to drown ... But nobody bothered. Wanjpe ji has logically put his say. There are many things to learn from Mr wanjpe. Mr karandikar is not a professional interviewer so we may ignore his style of interviewing.... If he had said something in private then I am not a fool to demand public apology and I don't want him to apologise to me but for his remarks against him! all those who are naming these two men, lets us understand, its not because of ravi & kumbhar dsk in jail but he wasnt able to pay the money of depositors as well banks & give possession to his flat holders,thats why he & his wife is in jail! Now ith every law agency ie High court, Police & as well NCLT in written saying dsk & his pariwar made fraud, why to blame these two? Rather right from beginning these two are saying same. Now about getting depositors money back, well, who has stopped dsk giving that back till last month when he went to jail, is I will like to ask? Rather we need people like ravi & kumbhar as has the agencies listened them long back then this fraud could have stopped as its clear that the banks who doesnt give even one lac rupee to a common man gave hundreds of crores of rupees to dsk & this isnt possible unless the bank officers are corrupt! Now with all this followup the bank officers will also get punished as then only next dsk type scam will be stopped. All these two are doing is making common man aware from tendencies like dsk who first gain trust of people & then dump them. I have seen videos of mr dsk, all the time he was boasting that for 36 years he was refunding interest in time but whats big deal, thast his job or any loan takers job! Can he say same to banks from whom he has taken loan, that as he was paying installments for years so he can be forgiven for few years from not paying it? Will the bank approve this logic? Clearly No as or else everday a new bank wouldnt have been giving advertisements in news paper for auctioning dsk's properties? Are the banks also been influenced by ravi & kumbhar? Let us rather thank these two gentlemen for taking risk of exposing crooks like dsk (yes they are risking their lives) & yet doing the job of whistle blowers! We need such people in society or else everyday such new dsk will keep on surfacing & cheat common men (who are equally guilty to trust blindly for just more rate of interest). Whether depositors money will get back or not time will tell but a criminal family must get punishment, thats why we have law & jails for, as no new criminal should dare to cheat people! FUll credit to ravi & kumbhar for doing that!
