During our Iceland road trip on Golden Circle, we went to Laugarvatn Fontana, which is popular for thermal baths and lava cake. They bake bread in hot spring sands which makes the bread taste so much better.

The geothermal river at Reykjadalur would hv been a unique experience too, wahan jane wali hike bhi ho jati, spending time in the river would soothe and warm you all up but aise mausam me wapasi wali hike gud gobar kar deti. But then you hv sone things to look forward to when you visit there next. Also diving at silfra fissure at thingvelir park; it would be on my list next time. Btw, I thought wild camping or boon-docking was legal in iceland if you didn’t need to plug in for a night in between. Maybe rules are stricter now?
