hi, why did you stop doing pyramid sets? i try to do these straight sets but somehow i can't go in without pyramiding i don't feel the exercise well...what's your opinion?do you have better success with these more "stimulating" sets?

Glad you said about the weight and keeping joints and tendons healthy. I’ve had to stop doing heavy training as my joints can’t take it anymore. So moderate with lots of sets and reps for me
