Please hit that pose with one arm behind the head, while flexing the other bicep with a hip tilt like Arnold. That pose would show off your strong points very well

i agree, having some hip tilts with your poses will really showcase your strongpoints wesley, I suggest hiring John Meadows as a coach to help you with your poses? I can see you on the top 3 in the olympia if you hit your poses really well (ones that will showcase the beauty of your physique)

@ 12:12 Yup. An absolute item of concern, especially when you compare with, for example, CBum. If changing the look of your lower lats is a fool's errand, this means that you have to be flawless in all other regards. The top-tier ground is littered with guys who were in this boat, and never made to the Sandow, et cetera.

Bro, I feel like you get a few inches wider with every video !! If you don't win the next competition the judges have to be blind! You are definitely in the best shape of your life !! I love your videos and your genetics sure is no worse than Arnold's! Keep up the hard work like a machine and you will do it !!! Greetings DUDE
@thedude81823 жыл бұрын
@arun nt And what is or is your apparently best professional opinion based on? At the last competition I agree that he wasn't up to par, but your statement is just not correct! He has improved so much since the last competition !!! There is a snapshot on stage, and it depends on so many small details. Just if the lighting sucks it can ruin everything !! Even Ronnie had bad days on stage! Bodybuilding is not like a football or basketball game where you can play shitty for a while, but everything still has time to turn. And his genetics are so close to Arnold's !! But you surely know better !! Greetings DUDE

Hi Wesley I have a couple of suggestions for you to try out on back training days the first one is on the angled lat pull-down start the movement with your palms facing down and finish the movement with your palms facing up the second one is on the seated cable row use the Stirrup handles that you used on the angled lat pulldown as this will give you a better contraction, stretch give them a try and let me know how you got on with them stay safe and healthy

Hey wesley, great physique. I wanted to ask how did you get such a wide upper frame, especially the back? I know there's a huge genetic component, but I wanted to ask in terms of the first movements you performed at the gym. I know for example nowadays you're focusing more on row movements. I wanted to ask what types of exercises you used to build that wide back foundation. Thanks again. 💯
@glynkatkin3 жыл бұрын
Yo Wesley, I honestly think its just a matter of time before you get the classic O win, I think you have excellent aesthetics and genetics...once you max out your weight cap for your height, and manage to dial it all in to 100% at the O (fullness and conditioning and dryness etc), you will finally get the judges attention fully, but as one other person mentions, I feel if you implemented some of Arnolds old school hip tilts into your poses, it will make your waist seem thinner (you are from the side, but you are similarly built to Arnold in that you have a wide ribcage and hips and clavicles from front-on), and accentuate your v-taper and make both your upper and lower body pop more...also get them trunks sorted bro!!
