He didn't get arrested. He only served the Warrent... Wasn't the one that lied about dude receiving packages to attain it. This is the first I Hurd that he hid behind Breanna. If that is true that is a shame. I agree I would have told my wife to stay in room. Hopefully time will heal quickly

My only regret is he wasn't charged with the rest. He's a lying sack of S#it. He said Walker was standing upright and pointing the weapon at him while another officer said he was kneeling. He never said that. He's blaming the victims. He's talking about what they should have been doing. By their own statement they broke the door within 45 seconds of the first alledged door knock an announcement. What he's saying doesn't add up. If he knew it was police then why did he call 911. Everyone is at fault except him and the liars who falsified information on the affidavit. He claimed they had other evidence of deliveries to her home. He neglects to say it was more than 2 months before the search warrant. The very notion that he says no knock would have prevented this is ridiculous. Confusion and a bad investigation is exactly what lead to this. They had no idea she had a new boyfriend or that her sister lived there.

Sorry he didn’t deserve to be arrested the butt hole in the house shot him in the femoral artery and almost killed him read his story and then tell me you would say he deserved what he got because that is disgusting he wasn’t the one who shot Brianna and her death was a tragedy but it was her boyfriend that caused the issue

This man is a liar and should do well to keep his mouth shut before his fellow brothers and sister in Blue begin their trials this year. Nothing he said justifies anything that THEY did. He wants to talk about Walker as if he is criminal because of where they live and the “vibe” they gave off? Yet, not a word on how HIS fellow Officers LIED on an affidavit to obtain a Search Warrant on nothing but a “hunch” that because she received packages (like everyone did since we were in a Global Pandemic), that PC existed enough to barge into a Private Dwelling, shoot at the occupants once fired upon, after NOT announcing themselves as Police…..this guy and his narrative is beyond warped. HE should be livid about Goodlett, Jaynes and Meany LYING on a Court Document in the hopes of a massive drug bust. Instead, they end up killing an innocent woman, injuring a man and then talking endlessly about what THEY (Breonna and Walker) should have done. How about what should YOU guys have done? Maybe had some integrity? Some honesty? A sense of a goddamn Moral Compass?? To sit there a give false condolences to her mother, while in the same breath trying to blame the victims of Police Conspiracy. I don’t care if he was shot, he DESERVED IT. They all should have been shot in my personal opinion (not inciting violence against them now), but looking through the eyes of the 4 soon to be Felons- Conspiracy/Deprivation of Civil Rights(Life Sentences), would be beyond redundant. Why? Because everything that he and his fellow Officers did that night, was THEIR OWN FAULT. $2M Settlement that this guy doesn’t have to pay? Jonathan Mattingly and his condoning of their actions that night is why I hope his lies about Walker and his victim blaming bullsh*t, ROT in the deepest pit of Hell for eternity. He’s lucky he was shot in the leg. He’s not hero, he’s a Police Officer.
