These waves are totally intense! I wish the camera was looking down the line up instead of always behind the break and everyone kicks out after the barrel makes me wonder what the inside looks like.
There are some videos out there that film from the water. I think there is occasionally a boat out there filming. It is really a intense angle.

Surfing big waves on almost the opposite side of the Earth with exquisite islands, multiple wind exposures to beautiful warm coastline, screwy rock formations. It must be a dream world. This is Florida. The Earth is flat. The rocks are bad though. Lots of 6 foot sharks and bull sharks. 🦈👹😬👹🦈

Hi, I was there in 1976 with 3 guys from west aussie and an american guy, surf it for 3 months ranging from 6ft to 20ft, yes 20ft almost unrideable though we made a few. Without a doubt one of the best waves in the world.

As a European, I will explain why I (Personally) love Indonesia so much. I've been to Indonesia in 2015 & 2018 to do adventure and exploration about the "QUEEN OF MOTHER EARTH" expedition not for vacation, relax and honeymoon. How I love Queen Mother Earth in Indonesia, I mean if you don't understand what I'm saying. Then you can see the video titled "Indonesia 8K". Maybe to you I look crazy, because I like something that is very beautiful but on the other hand is also dangerous. But that's how I felt hypnotized by the Queen with her weirdness, uniqueness and diversity. Indonesia offers something that makes no sense and I love it. I don't need to go to a psychiatrist but I just need to go back to Indonesia to see the Queen. Because there are too many things to explore for adventure. Did you know that the Queen of Mother Earth in Indonesia is the mastermind behind the tragedy of major natural disasters that befell other countries, all of which are recorded internationally, namely: 1). The eruption of Mount Toba. 2). The eruption of Mount Tambora. 3). The eruption of Mount Krakatoa. 4). The eruption of Mount Samalas. 5). 2004 Tsunami (Started from the fault of the Indonesian sea and eventually caused a tsunami to other countries). 6). And many others. You can see on Wikipedia about natural disasters in Indonesia. (Natural disasters in Indonesia are much crazier). If you look closely, the maps of the islands in Indonesia are far from each other. Unlike the islands in the Philippines, Japan, New Zealand and the Maldives which are close together. This indicates that the rampage of the Queen Mother Earth in Indonesia is so powerful that it can even split the mainland between the islands of Sumatra and Java. That's so crazy. My message is : Never hate the Queen even though she always rages, but still love. because the beauty you receive and the uniqueness in it are all above her will because the Queen wants to arrange everything to be the most beautiful even though it is deadly. Actually Indonesia is not for vacation or honeymoon. Instead, it becomes a forum for international researchers and scientists who research Queen Mother Earth in Indonesia. In other words, Indonesia is a place for a special category in the eyes of researchers, scientists and historians. Indonesia has a special title as the number 1 country with the most recorded natural disasters and has never shifted its position to date (not Japan, the Philippines or Chile). Queen Mother Earth in Indonesia is indeed very different from other countries, known as the most beautiful but also the deadliest. Indonesia has a Queen of Earth who is not at all calm, in fact we must be careful and vigilant when following the rules for warning natural disasters there. Because it cannot be predicted accurately, natural disasters in Indonesia always come suddenly. Tourism in Indonesia is underestimated, because Indonesia has the Queen Mother Earth who often rages. There is a saying : "The more beautiful you look, the more dangerous you are". The Queen of Mother Earth in Indonesia represents this proverb (Natural Disaster). The level of natural beauty in Indonesia is "Abnormal" because in one country it is full of oddities that do not make sense. The Queen of Mother Earth in Indonesia is very alive and has her own will. Imagine natural disasters in Indonesia throughout 2021, recorded more than 1,800. While in 2020, there were more than 2900. Far more than any other country. I still love Indonesia even though it has a queen who is always raging, but know that the queen that Indonesia has is the prettiest, the most unique and the weirdest. (Indonesia is the throne of Queen Mother Earth).

Pergunta de um admirador que ignora....Nias, com essas condições, é maior que Backdoor (Pipeline) ou não???
@PlaySA3 жыл бұрын
It's different, I would say. This has a longer barrel than pipeline, and at the takeoff it's a LITTLE bit heavier and more of a slab. I would just say it depends on the conditions, Backdoor is better than Nias most days, but when a swell like this comes through Nias can definitely give it a run for its money. Usually Nias is a LOT smaller than this, and not as heavy.

It's no worse than pipeline or any other firing spot... and if you put yourself in the right position (which can be dangerously inside if you don't get it) you can get a wave
@peterhughes86993 жыл бұрын
@@PlaySA Yeah and that's exactly why I'd never waste my time at pipeline and avoid every other ruined "firing spot". I surfed these places in the 80s/90s when they were great. They are all "paradise lost" now and it depresses me to even return to them :)
