No brag, just the facts! 1. FACT: 1. of Nutrition equals: Live Enzymes activate amino acids which break down simple carbohydrates and simple proteins. 2. Fact: NO LIVE Enzymes, in an substance "cooked thoroughly" than NO "amino actions," and NO break down of simple carbohydrates and proteins. 3. Since there is NO real digestion, than people are doing a "placebo effect," on their higher energy levels, shoving in sugar, and caffeine for lack of LIVE Enzymes and Amino Acid actions for real digestion. Again no brag, just fact, I've been a vegetarian going on 49 years in Aug. , no meat, fish, foul or any living being with a brain, and I have not paid for 5000 animals etc., etc., to be torn away form their loved ones, and "slaughtered!" Been vegan for 8 years, no animal products at all. (cheese, milk, ETC...) Of those 8 years as a vegan, I eat 80% of my food intake as RAW foods. After this excellent video, I wont have any regrets going the next 20% live foods. THANKS! And I don't debate anyone who has NOT walked that above walk, to talk their talk with any real facts!

Thank you for sharing this, I myself have no problems eating the "normal" meals and until the last few years I did this with my two sons until my genetic mitochondrial myopathy disease was discovered and my had broken the body, and this has nothing to do with food so the muscles but also the muscle weakness was so bad that chewing swallowing and even talking was very tiring and only getting worse. But my stumick is no longer able to process the food properly until the squeezing of food is seriously disrupted by the disease. Solid food can no longer properly processed because the muscles are also affected inside my body and organs, so through the doctor I got liquid food infills, nothing wrong with that but because I always just I have eaten spiritually no satisfaction with the food so now that I see this and blunder it I think this is definitely something for me. So thank you for hoping that food will be a fun activity again and that I can join the meals in our family. Greetings Myriam

Every plant based diet will require a regular bowel cleansing: So, take at least every second day early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil in order to prevent an intestinal blockage, for in the case that you will eat a lot of fruits or vegetables your large intestine will be really filled and you will remark this one occasionally unpleasant, this especially during the night.

If you’re interested in science-based facts regarding raw vs. cooked foods, check out Dr. Greger’s nutritionfacts.org channel here on KZbin. When actual antioxidant levels have been measured in foods cooked by microwaving, for example, foods retain the highest levels vs. any other cooking method. I prefer to look at what studies actually show, rather than taking someone’s opinion, no matter how heartfelt it may be. There is also evidence that some foods’ bioavailability increases with cooking, tomatoes and carrots being two among several. Lastly, it would be helpful if you provided footnotes or references to any studies that back your claims about raw foods. I could find none in your video’s description.

she shouldn't have been on this documentary, clearly she isn't following the proper raw vegan diet that heals and makes you feel awesome, which is essentially the 80/10/10 Diet. She is clearly over-consuming fats and probably raw "cuisine", which is essentially processed raw foods that use agave, nut butters, and coconut oil etc. She didn't even know that greens are essential! I think someone else could have made this point in less time and more effectively.

@moniquevamado7 жыл бұрын
A couple possible reasons: one is she isn't obsessed with being thin like so much of Western culture has been indoctrinated to be, which then follows that she possibly still eats healthy raw foods only not for the purpose of losing weight. I was actually thinking good for her, not being pressured into that. There are a lot of different opinions floating around about how to achieve the best health and fitness on raw foods. My suggestion is to figure out what works for you and what your body responds to best. It can get confusing with everyone saying something different. And maybe she didn't mention greens on this segment because she's making raw "crackers," not salad.

A healthy balanced diet is what is needed . The raw food diet is not based on any real scientific evidence. I'm vegan and I do know that detox is rubbish and that some foods are better for you when cooked,
