👍👍Raw mango pachadi super. The raw mango you used also 👌👌 you can try this method also....as usual grate the mango and cook the grated mango in the jaggery syrup with 1/2tsp red chilli powder and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Then in the end add mustard, red chilli and few neem flowers fried in the mango pachadi. Mangai pachadi ready. Super duper easy way u do with so much presicion. I feel we can add udid daal and saunf too in tempering along with little chanadal. Wil be much yummy right?

We don’t add rice flour paste what for it is. For thickening or what dishes cooked w/o any flour are considered to be good cooking and don’t give any gases to stomach
