Nice connection with hospitality. That is what it is all about. Used to lived in narleans. We get our oysters in lagoons and they were the white n silver kind that attaches themselves to rocks like abalone. This video educated me about those types of dirt oysters. Add sand to baby oysters n make Pearl's in a few years.

My favorite combo is thinly sliced peppers, Shoyu or Tamari, thinly sliced green onion and a dash of hot sauce. Then let the oyster Steep in the sauce for a bit and enjoy! 🔥 🦪

I had been looking at property in your area during the housing crash when homes were affordable. There was a modular home place near Shelton off the freeway which goes to Olympia. The guy s name was Jack Fuller who informed me a lot about the area, where the best lots to get good water. I should of bought back then. I had seen a nice fixer uper for 65 K on Alderrish Road, I think that was the name. But I liked the area. I recall a indian gambling place on the freeway, which I never got to visit for lunch specials but did go to the other reservation next to Unnion for fish. There are stories of \Big Foot in that area.
