Nice connection with hospitality. That is what it is all about. Used to lived in narleans. We get our oysters in lagoons and they were the white n silver kind that attaches themselves to rocks like abalone. This video educated me about those types of dirt oysters. Add sand to baby oysters n make Pearl's in a few years.

Taku.. My name is actually Tak. We are both Japanese, but I'm a Nisei. I lived in an RV for years and you should buy a class-B RV with a proper kitchenette and trust me on this one... Your G/F will thank you endlessly for the bathroom. I still have my B-RV. I'll never get rid of it. I have so many memories of hanging out with my G/F making salads and English food on that kitchenette. (English food.. Yeesh!)

Here’s the move when BBQing Oysters... when they open, pop the flat top off and put some sauce in the cupped side with the oyster. My favorite combo is thinly sliced peppers, Shoyu or Tamari, thinly sliced green onion and a dash of hot sauce. Then let the oyster Steep in the sauce for a bit and enjoy! 🔥 🦪

I had been looking at property in your area during the housing crash when homes were affordable. There was a modular home place near Shelton off the freeway which goes to Olympia. The guy s name was Jack Fuller who informed me a lot about the area, where the best lots to get good water. I should of bought back then. I had seen a nice fixer uper for 65 K on Alderrish Road, I think that was the name. But I liked the area. I recall a indian gambling place on the freeway, which I never got to visit for lunch specials but did go to the other reservation next to Unnion for fish. There are stories of \Big Foot in that area.
