I had Cara's banana cream pie at her old Planet Raw restaurant in Pleasant Hill next to my college at the time, and it was FANTASTIC and didn't look bad either. It was my favorite dish there followed by the sushi rolls.

I'm not a vegan, however i prefer raw vegetables and fruits. Yesterday i made my own banana cream pie as per Cara's recipe and i can tell this cake taste fantastic! i Can freely say it taste better than any sugary/milk cake i ever consumed in my life. And the best fact is that you don't feel heavy and sleepy but fully energized after eating it. Looking forward to next weekend when i'll try natural nutella. Thank you Cara for sharing these amazing recipes! Keep on doing good work.

I was just meditating and thought of an idea for you guys. Wouldn’t it be cool if you facilitated a retreat for people to do your diet and a fitness program for two weeks or so, all of your recipes could be prepared for them etc. I think that would help people to experience it in that way. Though you may not have time to do that yourself personally!
@CaptainAMAZINGGG5 жыл бұрын
I wanted to do "retreats" but more like superhero adventure camp where you do so much epic awesome stuff, and learn/practice how to tap into and activate infinite potential, true self etc consciously and powerFULLY, transforming one's life in all aspects from within and it emerging in the outer. Fully creating the most awesome life of your blissylove dreams, having so much fun, levelling up AF and mastering alignment, as well as the self etc, living one's life purpose /dharma and that flowing freely throughout all Like whole next level every thing And she and Markus would be so awesome to have up in that space and experience

Can someone please reply I'm having serious suicidal thoughts here and I am not saying this for attention I am saying it because I'm desperate. One of my legs is shorter than the other and my pelvis is uneven. How do I correct this? If one of my femur bones is shorter does that mean I'll need a heel lift all my life or can fasting level out a shorter bone?

buckwheat sprouts prolly the legitest source for caloricly dense glucose for raw vegans no other grain sprout tastes as good imo lived off of that stuff (and chlorella for like 45 days straight ;P) but in summer they sometimes spoil when sprouting them 72h :x

So I tried this! Only I sweetened the buckwheat with a bit of monk fruit powder and for the filling I did young thai coconut flesh, vanilla extract, couple of tablespoon of sea moss gel, coconut cream and a bit of coconut milk and 1 frozen banana and vanilla stevia to sweeten. It was so incredibly creamy and tasty I couldn't believe it! You can even try making a creamy flan/pudding if you add a bit more sea moss and let it set in the fridge. I try to stay away from cashew nuts so I used young thai coconut flesh instead and it was a huge hit. Wowww

Oh my goodness, I never liked watching standard cooking channels on the TV and always switched it to something else (especially when I saw the frying pan and heard the sizzling sound of hot oil). Now I’m watching this (and other Cara&Markus’ recipes) for the 4th time (cause it’s not about cooking), looking forward to make my own. The dehydrator should arrive anytime this week.

Cara this looks so decadent! We just got one of those things you hold our bananas upon. My hubby LOVES bananas - be it sandwiches, banana pudding or here in the south we haves what we call the "Boars Butt Pie". It was a banana pie with carmelized sweetened condensed milk a top bananas in a Graham cracker crust. The whip cream on top. I would usually buy a whole pie from them and then I learned to make it myself. But oh my!? That carmelized milk was hard to get just right!? It took me several times and then when I got the consistency down I HAD to write the microwave conversion down...lol. I BET yours is not only easier but of course more nutritious. 👍 As soon as I get my blender (sings at Christmas!!!) I will give Ihis a try. Heh, I know my hubby will say, "Can you make this again?". Oh, and while writing this I wondered if you can come up with a healthy version of date bars? We love those too. TOO much sugar in the Betty Croker version. Thankyou Love for sharing this! Is it in the Love on A Plate cookbook cos I have that? ❤
