51 plus years of all raw except for herbal teas, now I’m off of the teas as well. I had a meal a day that included steamed Broccoli for one week and developed a floater overnight that took 2 years to clear up. Never will I eat cooked food again. 100% raw is best for me.

It’s a spot that can appear in one’s vision and doesn’t go away quickly if at all. Some people get more floaters as they age.

Steaming fruits like Butternut Squash makes it a lot easier to eat then eating it RAW! I wouldn’t say steaming fruit is bad as a rule. Most squash needs to be steamed. Aloha!

@@giselafiege7169 no problems at all. I don’t get gas unless I eat leeks, as they tend to give me gas, and maybe if I eat a lot of lentils, I’ll get a little bit of gas. I also eat Lupini beans, green beans raw, butter beans/white beans, and raw broad beans/fava beans, with no gas effects.

So is it true that for example, French fries cooked in a deep fat fryer in the old fashioned way, causes carcinogens in the fries? Shouldn’t this be advertised to the masses/public as a matter of public health?
@giselafiege7169
@giselafiege7169 2 ай бұрын
@@GOzoRAW okay Personally I get flatulence from all legumes. If I remove the outer skin of garbanzo beans it’s not so bad but the rest of them full on bloat. Also get it from high fat. Like too much Avo’s or coconut. I stay away from oils especially frying oils. Since I have a partner in the plumbing business I understand first hand how all oils build up in our system, as they do in our house pipes and in food establishments their grease trap, the stench from that if you’ve never smelled it, it is a stench like no other. Our system slows down and gets clogged consuming all oils that have been adulterated from their original form even cold pressed. The benefits do not put way the actual effects in our system.
