Oh my goodness you did the case I suggested forever ago! Charlotte Kinsey’s sister, Lisa, married my cousin and they now live in Tennessee. Imagine your 13 y/o sister being murdered, knowing full well who did it, and not receiving any justice for it. Lisa is the nicest, most hospitable person ever and I’m sure her sister was the same. I’m so glad to finally see her case pop up and become known. Thank you on behalf of me and my family I’m sure!

When we were around eight, my cousin and I went to take a walk to 7/11 a few blocks away. We got in huge trouble and got a well deserved whooping. Little did we know a decade prior our cousin was actually murdered in the same city by a sex offender (it was kept from us before that since we were so young).

This case always reminds me about the missing/murdered girls from Pocatello, Idaho. Two of the girls went missing together from a fair. Their bodies were found with a Jane Doe, who is not one of the known missing girls

I know the case you are referring and I absolutely think Long could have been responsible. Also it fits a pattern of them going missing out West where Long was known to work. Have seen others think Long was responsible for the Pocatello, Idaho missing/murdered girls. I agree with many on here, his body count is much higher then what he is thought, and he was never charged with murder in cases that to me are slam dunk. Not going to go into my background. Feel for those girls families.

THANK YOU THANK YOU for brining these girls’ story into the light. Sharon Baldeagle’s case has stuck with me and I think about her everyday. Being Native American our girls, women, boys, and men’s cases aren’t talked about enough. Her father from what I know is still alive and he has hope that she’s still out there. We lived in a town that had a small fair and 2 rodeos every year.. we had to use the buddy system to go to any of them!! You should do a video on the Poughkeepsie killer. I was super surprised based on the circumstances of this killer and how the case was solved that I had not seen anything on this killer until a co worker of mine (also interested in true crime) brought up watching a tape on him. I think the victims all deserve to have their story told, as every victim does, and I could not think of anyone better to tell it!!!! love your videos. Thanks for doing what you do :)

There is a couple also when you look up "poughkeepsie killer." One, named Edward Carver, I am not sure if he is real or not but he was the one the poughkeepsie tapes was based on where police found over 800 videos of him recording his crimes and his victims. The other is Kendall Francois who has passed in 2014 but also commited such awful crimes. But are interesting and worth looking into!

I lived in Rawlins at this time and my parents were friends with Jayleen’s parents. We went to different schools so only played together at the bowling alley where our parents bowled or at each other’s homes when there was a social event. I remember waking up one summer morning to a lot of noise and was told that ‘Jayleen was lost.’ We spent the rest of the day with many volunteers going door to door and I being only 8 years old asked if she was lost why didn’t she tell someone who she is? It was then an older kid told me she wasn’t lost someone probably took her and for me that was the moment I lost some of my innocence about the world being a safe, wonderful place. I’ll never forget that day or the day a neighbor rushed over to tell us that they found her and I hopefully asked if she was alive. Deborah Rae Meyer was staying just a couple blocks from where I lived. I walked all over that neighborhood by myself including to the movie theatre. It was a different time where kids played outside most of the day but I look back on it and it kind of haunts me on how fortunate I was. I still think of Jayleen often and in fact my granddaughter was named Jayleen in her honor

I met him when I was 6 years old. I was walking home from kindergarten when he tried to get me in his truck. He said he was looking for his daughter, Alice. And needed me to get in the truck and go back to the school with him to help find her. He said we can go get a hamburger and you can come play with Alice. I had just gone through a program at school about stranger danger ...probably saved my life. I told him no and ran for my life and drove away. I had to go to the police station and look at a lineup and a picture in their books. But none of them matched and so nothing came of it, although, we were told there was another little girl who had a similar experience the same week and she also was smart enough to run. It haunted me for years. I had nightmares. I never forget his eyes. Years later I found him after doing a search. It makes sense it was him because he would have been there at that time. It was the fall time because the leaves were on the ground and the fair came to Enid Oklahoma every fall. The same place the 2 girls were abducted from the murdered from the fair. This was in 1981 or so.

I’m from Casper Wyoming and raised in Evansville, at that point 1993-now Evansville and Casper were connected so Evansville is kind of just a neighborhood in Casper now. Casper is about a 2 hr drive from Rawlins. Fun fact that’s actually where them men’s super max prison is for the state of Wyoming. And I was a part of FH I was doing halter show and was going to go to an even in rawlins but my horse became lame so we had to back out.

I haven’t finish the video yet so I don’t know if it’s essential to the video or not, but I think sometimes it’s to specify what exactly is happening in the story. Like, there are some cases where the biological parents aren’t really involved but they are questioned later or something, or where is the adoptive parents are central to the case, and many other variations. in day-to-day life it isnt important what EXACTLY they are because they’re your parents, but in these cases it is more important sometimes for specificity’s sake.

I lived in Rawlins as a kid, was in the little britches rodeo, and my dad worked at Sinclaire. I walked to the movie theater, which was down a hill behind our house. Crazy to hear about this. I wonder if it happened while we lived there.

The legal system (UK & US) is just so strange...some people get locked up, sometimes for life, on practically no proper evidence at all and then you have cases like this where the person gets let off even though the evidence is so damning!! It’s so frustrating 😤

Hope these lawyers are SO proud of themselves!!! They are lower than pond scum. Wait until something like this happens to one of your loved ones. I despise defence lawyers...they are one step ahead of the murderers.
