Wow…I think this is the most detailed video instructions that I’ve ever watched. Well done mate. I will definitely have a go, well I need to buy the soundDock first, found one for £20. Then get this kit and have some fun trying to upgrade the dock thingy..will let you know how I got on 😃 thanks again for the video. Great instructions

Thanks. It is a great upgrade. The SD10 will sound better than any other connection as up till now it hasn't been fed the HD. Good luck.

Hello, the video is very good, very very very detailed, but don't you think it's a bit long to put 2 plates in a lock and a connection strip? Furthermore, it's all well and good to explain all that but why don't you put the link where you can buy the Bluetooth adapter? ? Bonjour la vidéo et très bien très très très détaillé mais vous ne trouvez pas qu'elle est un peu longue tout ça pour mettre 2 plaquettes dans un loquer et une bande de connexion ? De plus c'est bien beau d'expliquer tout ça mais pourquoi vous ne mettez pas le lien où on peut acheter le dis adaptateur Bluetooth ?

No, not a usual fault, could be a problem with the dock or with one or more of the 40 springs contacts under the docking module. Make sure the dock works properly. The power quite often resets if there is a blown amp chip in the dock. When it powers up to drive the bass speaker the power cuts out and the system resets the DC supply to the cradle area,

Will there be an upgrade like this for The Series II in the future? And will it require a processor swap?

Hello, I have a broken SoundDock 10 that I purchased in the US and unfortunately someone unplugged my power converter and plugged it straight into a UK socket, I was wondering if you could repair it for me?
