Glue issue seems to apply to many brands. Consider removing the grips entirely and perhaps abrading or otherwise roughening the exposed surface if that proves to be slippy. No more glue issues.

This is on purpose. I complained to them about it and asked for a Mamba like model without any glued on BS, i happly pay for it. That was like 2015, they still use these rubber pads... And double sided tape does not "work", the rubber is too soft

I used a clear non expanding version of "Gorilla Glue" - Can use after 2 hours and fully bonds after 24. Just take off existing glue before, there never come off again!

​@@Netuser Its great! Just remove current glue, apply the gorilla glue, place on rubber strips and just be sure to have some pressure on it for 2 hours, mine have turned out perfectly, thanks for the inspiration!

I also used gorilla glue cause it was the only glue in my house, and just be careful to not apply to much. All you have to do is apply it to the lines already on the area. My gorilla glue also bonds instantly on touch, so no wait needed.

how should i fix it I put the tape on but it bulges out on the 2 end corners and the top rim but the bottom is fine I don't understand please help

I used some double sided tape, and guess what. From the heat of my finger it fell off again but turned into a liquidy sticky mess, just fyi, but you probably didnt know that happen as I wouldnt either

same for my mamba elite, the whole thing is melted and the rubber is full of sticky glue that cannot come off, never use double sided tape

@@DiamondRadar tbh I often get pretty sweaty hands so thats probably one of the reasons why the rubber came off and a few days ago I just removed the rubber and remaining glue and I am just using it without anything on the side and its pretty okay I guess.

Honestly, deathadder V2 and viper ultimate are awesome, I have deathadder V2 for a year and it looks like brand new, and now I'm testing viper ultimate and it's the best mice I ever had

@@Netuser i also really like my razor mouse but... stuff like this happening is not cool. i was thinking of a razor keyboard to go with my mouse and headset but i think i'll try ducky. i'm gonna glue the side back on and see if thats a fix or get a differnt brand mouse.
