@@Soheilteam do you realize, that Basilisk V3 Pro is not a headset? Have you contacted the support? This won't get resolved if you do not, at least, try to get it through their thick skulls, that there is a problem (and I know how much of a pain that is).

with Basilisk V3 Pro or with some different device? if it's a different device, then it's a different problem, and you need to report it to Razer, if you hope for a fix.

unfortunately, no. Razer support claims, that they are still looking into the issue, and in last 4 or even 5 updates for Synapse there have been a line about bug fixes for the mouse, but none have worked so far. They promised to contact me when there is a fix for this (and some other issues I've reported), but so far radio silence.

I would suggest updating Synapse to 3.8.1031.110202 and possibly checking for firmware for the keyboard, too. I can't say for sure if the update has fixed the issue, but it does look like sequence of events (mouse vibrating, mouse being shown in Synapse with/without animations) has changed.
