wow, amazing tutorial setup my friend...just wondering is this mfc01 worth the price..its really expensive and I am also seeing at a china made one called GT power...I don't have my truck yet but I want the start getting the basic parts first...thanks!

Hi, Mrchaos2peace ! Sorry for the late response to your comment. I have never had the GT power sound system before to tell you my personal experience with this unit, but I have done some research and I have found out that this unit is a little bit more complicated to make it work. Some people have reported that they can’t make the headlights turned on using just the radio control and that they have to use the GT app on there phone to get around this problem and the app seems to work just fine. Yes the GT power is less in the price, but the way I see it is like comparing an iPhone to a Samsung phone, they are both great phones except that if you buy the iPhone you can’t go wrong because of the technology, this is how I see the Tamiya MFC and the GT power like a Samsung phone, is more like a gamble if your going to like it at the end. Help me guys… The coupler switch of my mfc03 is not working but when it is connected it sounds that the coupler is connected through the system.but it does not increase the power of the motor what could be the reason for this? my radio is fs-i6 i did mapped mfc also but still motor doesnot have full power..🙁 what could be the reason?

Hello😃Tamiya Niko , That's is weird, but i will try to help you. It sounds like if the problem is the coupler switch inside the coupler (the fifth wheel). Unplug the coupler wire plug from the mfc and check the wiring from the plug all the way to the main small switch under the coupler ( the fifth wheel) and check for any damage on the wire that can be causing a short circuit, and on the switch, check for any lose connections, damage parts too. On the switch itself check if there is to much dirt, grease, loose cables or a damage switch part outside the switch. For this you will have to disassemble part of the coupler. After you clean the switch, and have inspect for any damage, connect the plug back to the mfc and check if it works correctly with the switch in your hands. If it does, then the problem was the switch. Try this first and let me know😃

@@miltonrcadventure thank you for your kindness .. i bought another mfc3 also.. and i plugged all the wires and check it again.. with brand new wires and mfc 3 unit.. but the problem is same..☹️🙁 .. i calibrate my flysky-i6 radio with the mfc also anothe lights sounds working properly.. but when engaged coupler switch it doesnt increase the motor power 😌

@@tamiyaniko8867 hummmmm🤔 so, everything new, mfc including new coupler and still same problem🤔 do you have another Radio control and receiver to test to make sure the problem is not the Radio control or receiver? Let me know.
