Got to love the slow flight angle. You get a better Hammerhead, if you cut the throttle at max elevation. It doesnt look sloppy

Waiting for the maiden flight maybe in two days added dubro tires an hinge tape on the elevator and rudder checking everything before I go up can't wait

Why did you change the tires? The stock tires on this thing are very nice:)

@@RCINFORMER several people on utube had problems with the wheels and axles, the stud was too short and the lock nut was only half way on when tight

Plane flew great, the wheels were toed out and it darted around on the ground. Thinking I've fixed that , 55 to 60 degrees but 25 + mph winds first nice day I'll fly. What should the flaps be set at , the manual kind of sucks, love this and my carbon Z Cessna 150. What do you think about the flex 170

The elevator on this plane is not hinged - its a foam hinge - do not fly it until you cut the elevator off and install actual hinges. Mine were already separated when I unboxed her. Trust me on this one - it was the best preflight advice received and Im certain it prevented disaster.

Mine was fine out of the box... re-hinge if you need to but i just got a seccond one and it was fine also:)

@@RCINFORMER I purchased two beavers because they were being discontinued - I opened my second plane and there was daylight between those hinges as well. Its a timebomb just waiting to take down a $300 investment.

Nice big foamie with nice scale features but I definitely prefer the smaller Flyzone for scale appearance and lines, a lot of liberties taken on the FMS design and some distinct Beaver characteristics missing, also the double wing fence does nothing aerodynamically and was only a feature on modified Beavers but for the average scale pilot she is a great buy, for the super anal like myself that long nose and un-Beaver like wing and tailplane layout would bother me too much to enjoy flying her.
