‪@MegaDrivingSchool‬ On Elmwood Ave coming to Bull St , a RCSD deputy speeds up and changes lane without signal , then as we are sitting at the red light you can see them playing with phone , and continues even as we get the green light !! I back my deputies , but I also have to call them out when in the wrong . SET THE EXAMPLE ALWAYS !!!
