Arnold's only deemed as great as he is because of his star power and that he competed in a weak era. If Ronnie competed today he'd take first place easy. Arnold is like Wilt(both dominant during their times and known for their height advantages but competed in weak era's), Ronnie is MJ and Phil Heath is Lebron.

When I look at phil heath I cant really see why he is number one, I am not blown away by him.
