Yeah, he lifted for years still going super heavy while in major pain all the time. He said his whole bad was in extreme pain every, even his stomach. Every second of every day he said. He said it radiated down his back all the way to his feet all the time. He said he was stubborn and would never see doctors, not unless he collapsed he said. Eventually he couldn't walk at all, or barely so he needed his first surgery. That led to 15 or more surgeries. I wish he would have been a little less stubborn, but I know the feeling sometimes.

Weight wise, Markus Ruhl might have been close to Ronnie at his biggest, but Ronnies condition was unbelievable, no body fat at all. Guys like Markus Ruhl and Big Ramy come no where close to that condition. That said, Markus was very impressive, but Ronnie was the GOAT, so dominating. It was on that day where i believe Ronnie blew his arms up over 25", he was at 325 lbs, the last and heaviest, week before prep.

I like how these people comment on Ronnie Coleman's form on pumping iron! That's all free iron no machines or cable's, you're not always going to have perfect form because one side of your body is always stronger then the other.... If you've ever pumped nothing but free iron you wouldn't be making a comment...
