He's right abt humans always catching up to animals. Even though we aren't the fastest, we run out of stamina slower than animals. (Our stamina makes up for our lack of speed). Back in the hunter gatherer days, hunters would catch up to animals by hitting them with projectile spears, then follow the blood trail until the animal runs out of stamina.

No other animals can sweat, it is uniquely human. Allowing us to cool down passively while running and not needing to stop. Of course modern day average people cant chase down an animal, but our ancestors were basically athletes when it came to survival.

humans are classified as endurance hunters, and due to a unique trait that we share with few other animals, sweating, we can cool ourselves off without stopping to pant for air as the sweat evaporates off. of course, one would have to be fit enough to do something like this, but with training, any able bodied human is capable of endurance hunting. pair this with our ability to throw things better than any other animal on the planet and give it a few javelins/spears, you have a very capable predator

humans were born to run. We can outrun other animals to exhaustion. They will get too tired overtime. A lot of us aren't at that level of running anymore but we can train back to it edit: Also i seen a video of a man beating 3 pitbulls with a wooden board (he hit them in the head and gave them seizures)...
