Not sure if I could live with the pipe everyday. The standard turn signals also seem to be the correct size. I never want anyone to say they didn't see them. RE seems to make most things correct right from the start. If only the 🌬 ❄️❄️🌬❄️ would go away. No rides for quite a while. The factory tour was epic. Wahoo.!!

The sound of those pipes brought an instant smile to my face. I do like the knee grips on the tank. It gives the bike more of a scrambler look.

Man! What a throw back bike. Love the looks. They have captured the hearts of a lot of older people but hey. I bet the young folks would love to street fight and hit the coffee shop on these. You get a new technology classic bike with RE. I sound like a salesman but I’m just an ol dude that loves bikes of all kinds. Been riding my whole life pretty much. I have 3 different brand of bikes and the wife said you need one more haha. Cool wife huh? Thanks for the video bud.

The new exhaust is awesome!! Other thing I wish someone made for that bike model is a higher aluminum/chrome front fender, it would go so well with the exhaust! I like it so much that the bike is made of standard parts, I mean, you can swap the headlight for any other headlight of the same size (I take it's a 7" round light). Those motorcycles have endless potential for customization.

I used a Dustland Sandscratch high scrambler exhaust on my 2022 RE Interceptor 650 with a Power Commander, DNA filter, air injection delete, and charcoal canister delete. After having a 2015 Triumph Scrambler with OEM high exhaust (major heatshields on the OEM Triumph exhaust; no leg burns ever) with a absolutely no heat issues on my right leg, I thought the Dustland exhaust would be a good idea.. this was incorrect. At less than highway speeds on a average summer day (I live in Canada) the Dustland exhaust cooked my leg while wearing jeans; with leather Dainese pants I felt safe from burns but then the sweating begins. Access under the right side cover is next to impossible; it can be done with difficulty, however I did relocate the seat removal button to under the rear fender. Forget about being able to get the tool kit out or in. Before selling the bike, I changed to a Dustland Mekha low exhaust to spare the new owner from cooking their leg, and so they could access the tool kit. The bike was already set up for it with the Power Commander & DNA filter. Now I have a Bear 650 on order; I will change the muffler to remove the catalytic converter, and also add a tune and air filter. Keep in mind that the Interceptor/ Continental GT 650 have alot of weight packed into the 2 into 2 exhaust; the Bear 650 not so much, although I am not a fan of catalytic converters on motorcycles. In the unlikely event that I do put a high exhaust on the Bear 650, it will be a Zard system this time. I believe it is worth the extra money, considering fit and finish. The Dustland Sandscratch high scrambler exhaust which burned my leg for 5000km on the 2022 Interceptor 650 did not seal well at the joints between the muffler and the head pipes, and I've seen better quality stainless steel in practically every other exhaust I've purchased in 50+ years of owning & riding many motorcycles.

Can you do a dual side by side exhaust off the Bear 650. Exactly like the interceptor but with the design of the bear. Basically instead of a 2x1, I’m talking about a 1/1 of the same pipe and muffler on each side.

I think having to lose the 249 number plate to too much of a price to pay to have those pipes. Also leaves the rear peg area a bit unfinished looking. Question. Are those tank pads the same ones for the interceptor 650 that Baxter has on their web site ? Thanks.

@HepCatCycles I found the same thing and cannot get it to work not only on my bike but on the other bear models either. I'm wondering if it's a vestigial option. In other words, an option from another bike that doesn't work on this bike?
