I think the main difference between this channel and US overlanding channels is the difficulty of tracks tackled. Whilst the vehicles in other channels are more than likely as capable or more so, they're hardly tested with minimal climbs and winching. Doing Australia proud here.

Great show! Don't care you only covered a few miles / km, in this episode we really got to see the mix of rigs and people in the team. Good to see those that, if it had been a bit 'easier', maybe we would not. Them and the camera car don't need to star, but it's great to see and hear everyone. Be good to have Jessie in the next one. A good replacement for Jocko, but in a nice way. Both are fun, but Jessie is a real master behind the wheel. On the other timeline we have you (with Graham etc) in the Kimberly, if I've got that right. That's also a really fun watch. Thanks!!

I did my share of snow driving but the snow in the bush in Alberta Canada is a dry snow. Like you say, chains take you down to the ground for traction although narrow tires will do the same. We had a cabin so only camped once in the snow. A 2000 site campground and we were the only ones to make it in during the snow storm. For the next night the Park Wardens let us use a picnic shelter with a fireplace. We clawed up a few trails then decided to leave. The first vehicle we met plowing snow toward us was a Volve Estate Wagon leading a string of cars. Go figure!! We were five guys and a dog in a '72 Bronco.

We live in Finland and we have lots of snow in the winter. We have done quite a lot snow wheeling. Snow that have started to melt is very heavy. We have learned that only good way to get through it is momentum. Drive fast and hard. Sometime there's just too much snow and only way is to winch and shovel.

We created the cheeseburger, and there’s no one that is quintessential if you ask me. Smashed or thick, and the toppings are endless. My personal favorite is an Oklahoma Smashburger. Doubled up of course for any smash burger. Food you should make? A potato skillet. Any veg and any protein you like. Very popular in the Ozarks. We usually do onions peppers and kielbasa or some kind of sausage. And you should definitely make cheese steaks. Another American classic. With onions, peppers, mushrooms, and some kind of cheese sauce or melted gooey cheese.
