Your America trip has been some of the very best content on KZbin fellas. Take a bow, truly entertaining stuff. Seeing you guys so out of your element while tackling some of the most difficult trails the good ol US of A can offer is super fun to watch and offers a nice contrast from your Aussie adventures where you all know the tracks inside and out. I LOVED the Rubicon trail content. The CO content was top-notch as well. I cannot wait to see what you all get up to in Moab.

guys be careful with compression fittings. they do work in a pinch as a temporary fix, but they can blow apart under high brake load like a panic stop. always try to use a union instead that matches the flare type on the line. the difference is the union is a solid piece of material that puts the load on the threads and the flare seal. the compression fitting relies on friction alone on the outer surface of the line to hold it together.

Last time I was there 2 years ago, 4 of our rigs(7 total) broke parts. 1 taco, 3 jeeps. 2 of the jeeps were out and had to get to a shop. The other broke a U joint, which we fixed on trail and was good to go, and the Taco broke a tie rod end, easy 10 minute fix. It's just luck of the draw and how you drive. I'm thankful my Taco has never broken a part yet, but I'm always ready with extra parts and tools just in case. Also, I religiously check before and after trips and replace as necessary. I don't think Jeeps or Toyotas are better than the other, they are just different and I like them both. Just run what you brought and atop the haye🤦🏾‍♂️. 🤘🏽

Hey fellas. love the show. I live in Colorado and hope you enjoy your time here and in the us. Would have loved to show you around some amazing trails though my rig was stolen and the guy drove it through a house moving the house off of its foundation. 96 bronco fully kitted out. The heavy duty bumper I welded up saved his life but the truck it in a sad state. Anyways have a great time Fellas.

I truly envy you guys and all the excitement, fun, and brothership you share, I have an '05 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 4.7 V8. Immaculate condition and only 120k miles on it. I've got a ton of conversions I need to do to get it ready for off-road, some 35" or 40" tires with beadlocks, winch, some underbody protection(skid plates, tank protection), and a lot more studying I need to gain more knowledge of my Jeep and off-roading additions. It's going to be a project but one I'll find great joy in!!

5:08 This possibly the most stunning scenery on KZbin. The green is so exquisitely intense, it seems unreal. I'm super jealous. 🤩

Glad you're enjoying Colorado! Its worth mentioning that high alpine tundra is very fragile so driving off trail can cause damage that can take decades to recover and puts trails at risk of being shut down. I'm sure your camp was sanctioned but it's an important detail for others watching this video that may not know.

Someone should tell the wildlife to stay off of it as well... the heards of wildlife are causing irreversible damage. 😢

We are reallllly lucky that these trails are hours and less from us. We have to do our best to protect them too and keep access open since everyone seems to be gunning against motorized trail users anymore.

Nice! I grew up in Summit County running those trails. I didn't know there was any other wheeling than shelf roads and driving over mountain peaks. 😄 I love seeing the Australian trails these guys run. Those islands look out of this world.

yer guide misled ya. Unless special permission was given, camping has been restricted in Yankee Boy Basin (where whatshisface jumped in the water) for years. You stayed in, what used to be an overlook/camping spot, but has since been given time to recover. it takes a LONG time for vegetation to recover above the treeline like that. That local SHOULD have been aware of those local restrictions. You were over 100 feet from water, and no campfire, so good on ya for following the overall areas restrictions, but in future US trips... just know that restrictions can be very area-specific and basic rule of thumb in most areas is- if there isn't an existing established pull out, don't drive your vehicle on it.

I wanted to do some fishing along my trip across the US a couple of years ago, but then I looked at the licensing. Every state requires it's own non-resident license that's in some cases $100's for as little as a single day. If I remember correctly some states do not even allow non-resident fishing.

Watching in from Uganda! Most interesting moments of this trip; Tim dropping into the ice-cold water and topmost is Shauno who is sick of heights twisting his arm round the bull bar of the Dirt 30 so as not to be blown over into the valley, yet in Aussie he goes over steep climbs and almost trips over!!!! Great work from the Camera crew guys x100 thumbs upppp!!!

I came back to watch it in HD and man!!! There is nothing like these guys. They are funny AF and just so different than all the content of "overlanders" here. I mean for f*ck sake Shauno is chucking the butter on the salmon with dirty hands!!! YES!! That's how it's done! On other channels here you got "guys" donning latex gloves just to check their air pressure on their tires. The difference between soy boys and men I guess. 😜
