Yes they do break their oath everytime. As I was saying she abided by HIPPA laws. If she had given the police the blood tests then she would have been fired for breaking HIPPA laws. Her boss should have said I’m the one who told her not to give you the blood. It has to go thru chain of custody and the police ARE NOT ON Chain OF CUSTODY. They couldn’t get his blood because the person whos blood it was, was not under arrest. She knows the law. The cops roughed her up cause she sbiddd by the HIPPA laws. Salt lake police are some very good people. I hitchhiked through there. I was walkin on the highway. A local police officer picked me up. Was kind and down to earth as can be. Definitely wasn’t corrupt. Even reached out to a local church to buy me a greyhound ticket to get me home. Super nice dude. We talked alot. I wont forget that guy
