I love how he shows you the RX8 housing at the end and he laughs and points to where the exhaust hole should be coming out you don't have to speak the same language to know he's thinking Mazda screwed up lol
Amemiya-san wears a panerai and loves rotaries... just like me... one more reason this guy is my hero!

I just can not believe how they remove the Stationary gear!!! I have seen two separate people remove it now in RE Amemiya's shop and they all use a punch tool and a hammer! Not what I do at all.

he summarizes the breakdown of the engine and what he is preparing to do which is modify the ports, he's also going to replace the seals on the rotors. That's the gist of what I understood.

Not just you mate every one want's too!I'd give up every thing to go Japan and work on rotary's all day long...... :))

With the amount of cutting, machining, die grinding, polishing, filling water jackets, hacking up parts of the block, and trial and error out of all these different port types and R and D that RE has done, you would think they would just start casting their own rotor housing's ect with the water jackets were they want them ect... Sell these pre-casted parts and make their money back...
ok if you want to move to Japan you've few options, to work there, to travel there (back and go, back and go), or to give up your identity as a Portuguese and become a Japanese.
Jesus, I didnt think he ever messed with Monster ports

Fill half of the combustion cavity with metal and open a peripheral ports on this side between two rotors. Put a valve between these two twin ports. So the efficiency will increase 40%.

German inventor, built by japanese! Gotta be complex, huh? Lol

c0V3Ro When Felix invented the rotary engine the whole inside housing rotated with the rotor which wasn't a very efficient design. The japanese just vastly improved the design.
