Honestly it’s hard. For me it’s sugar. I feel like all the artificial and processed stuff has gotten to me. I’m 5’2 and I’m only 130 lbs right now but that doesn’t mean I’m healthy. I’m not tone. I would consider myself “skinny fat”. For most of my life so far (I’m in my 20s) I’ve weighted like 120-125) but I want to change how I eat and it seems so hard to stay away from things with sugar. I have high cholesterol and have had it for a while. I’m anemic so I need to eat more things with iron but I can’t stay away from sugary food. I’ve already made a plan to start exercising more and eating right with my family since I’m going to have some time off in the coming weeks from school and work but getting into a healthy and active routine when there are time constraints to prepare healthy food is going to be a challenge. I cried at the end watching this episode because I was so proud of these sisters. Hopefully my family and I can learn from them and get on track to live healthier lives.

I can understand Tammy's disappointment and frustration after the surgery, but at the same time, it really is heartbreaking to have some wonderful news that you want to share in the excitement with loved ones, only to have them be upset. For example, I'm trans, and so is my ex. I was lucky enough to get on hormone replacement therapy before they could. What I’ve learned watching both seasons of this show, being overweight in the past myself, and listening to other people who have struggled, is that it’s as much of a mental challenge as it is a physical challenge. Childhood trauma isn’t a joke, it sucks. It can lead you to all kinds of destructive coping mechanisms. Yes, the excuses don’t help, and yes there is more that they can do, but the real challenge is helping them overcome the trauma and learn healthy ways to cope.

Istg..Im brand new here but I cant believe how supportive and positive Yumi and Zoe are. Theyre so beautiful on the inside and the outside. Its especially heartwarming to see such young and skinny girls being able to empathize and feel proud for Tammy and Amy, especially since Korea and Japan have such high beauty standards. Keep up the great work both of you!

I'm realising that these two ladies are going through a lot and still managed to meet the love of their life while I'm here single AF 😅

I love the fact that they reacted respectfully and paying attention, sincerely caring for them and for their health and habits. This without doubt is the best reaction channel

I feel for them, their mother is so toxic! Imagine growing with a mother like that... I feel that Amy always blame herself for everything and she's a like a "mother" to Tammy, and Tammy has so much anger inside, she always blame the others for everything, she wants everything in her hands. I think they both need therapy, I think everybody needs therapy, I think I need therapy myself haha

AWWWW 16:05 how can Yumi look so amazingly beautiful while crying?!

I'm really happy for them both.. There were times when I was annoyed by Tammy, but those moments don't really define her. After all, people can change. That's pretty evident throughout this show! xD

That's why this is the best react channel ever. The girls are so supportive and positive, they aren't making fun of someone who is kinda different and it feels so nice to watch it.

She lost a 100lbs?! 😯 that’s amazing 👏 my whole body is 80lbs 😂 (I’m only 4’10 though and size 13 feet so just a small bean, not super skinny)

There are no words, that can describe the warmth I feel inside, when I watch you. You are lovely, and I adore you both so so so much. I kinda get that "cool older sisters" vibes from you ✨

I loved watching this series and I am so sad that it ended. I hope they make another show called 100 pound sisters. The whole point of that show would be how Tammy and Amy are 100 pounds. I would love that

Wouldn’t it be 200 pound sisters? Cause they are only 1000 pound sisters together. 🤔

That wouldn’t be healthy either

I definitely cried, this literally felt like I was a mother or guardian watching them and being upset when they were upset, disappointed when they slipped up repeatedly or took shots at each other unnecessarily, or happy when they succeeded, I was frustrated when they started out the first two or three episodes but by the time the wedding happened, I was so invested in their growth. I'm really satisfied with their work.
