Ateez is a unique boygroup because they call their leader "captain" ❤ They are also the very first korean boygroup who was invited and performed on both Coachella and Mawazine Festival😊

@Naksuannere I knew about Coachella but I've never heard of Mawazine. I'll have to look that one up. And yea, calling the leader "captain" makes sense... someone pointed out its because of their pirate theme. I was like ..oh, now I feel dumb lol

The one on the far left is Jongho. San is the one next to him. Then Woo Young, Yeo Sang, Hong Joong (The Captain), Yun Ho, (lead dancer), Mingi, and Seong Hwa. Wave is actually the song that made me an Atiny back in 2019. P.S. Hong Joong is leader and Captain. If San really was the leader I cannot even imagine the chaos. P.P.S. They usually the The Real as the encore song at their concerts. Probably why Jongho came back at the end and was like, “ wait, aren’t we Ateez? We have to do 멋 (the real)” Or something along those lines.

Hongjoong is the lider but they don't call him that, because Ateez's concept is pirates, so him being called captain is like a "rule" for them.

Haha well the extra ticket is the 1st night. I have a better seat for the 2nd night so there wouldn't be a chance lol. Plus I'm going to south Korea for 3 wks later this yr so it's worth way more to me to sell that ticket if I can to get my money back. Thay being said, if no one buys, I'll definitely still use it 😂

Thanks for the info! It's funny cause I actually do know Pirate King (though I haven't heard it much) but I'm taking Korean class as a beginner and was more focused on trying to read the Hangeul XD

That's song is Pirate King, their debut song in 2018. All the songs they sang are their most popular songs. I love Ateez. I watched their concert when they were in Singapore and I enjoyed myself so much. Hongjoong is the captain and leader of Ateez. Mingi is my bias, I just love him. ❤️

In regards to the Say My Name move, he didn’t make the choreo either, but the member you were talking about with making the biting move was Wooyoung, third from left (next to San). Yes, Seonghwa on the far right is part of Matz, with Hongjoong.

Haha close enough with the choreo but you're right, it was Anze Skrube and Wooyoung was callin out Vata. I'm taking partial credit for at least knowing about the story even though my details were off XD. I really should know these guys better but I struggle to keep track of everything in all the different groups I like :(

Mingi was worried people will think weirdly about him because apparently, he was sick while filming this. Atinys know how sick he got at that time. But the whole video I just kept thinking, “this is how he sounds sick??” He did so great everyone did so great! Wooyoung and Yeosang improved so much with their stability, all 8 are amazing and they deserve all the praises they can get.

Honestly he's my favorite because of his unique voice and his fire raps. I'm clearly not the best or most dedicated Atiny but I didn't even notice a chance in his voice...he still sounded like that dope rapper I've come to enjoy! You're right though, everyone was amazing. If there was any question whether they could sing live (without all the instruments and such) they answered the question with an emphatic "YES!"

Lol that's fair. I'm sure it would be cool but I would prefer to have the extra money back for my trip to South Korea later this year. 3 weeks vacations aren't cheap LOL. Haha well I could use the extra money cause im taking a 3 week trip to South Korea and Japan later this year. It's not whether they are worth it or not but what is a better use of funds. That being said, if the Saturday ticket doesn't sell I will definitely use it lol. I bought that one before the 2nd show got announced and the 2nd show i got a much better seat XD. I hope you can get even more nights in the future!
