You mean every single woman AND every single man NEED to watch this. Many men have this idea that they must be perfect even if they are natural slim, they think they must be spotless while men can be anything or have dads body and some women support and enforce the idea that it is better than a muscular. People can have preferences but a healthy and normal body with imperfections is how we should tell everyone that is natural. Society is trying to assimilate drawings and art with the human body. If plastic surgery and the risk of going g thru that would be minimal or non existence, I would understand it, but our technology is not even there but this idea is being pushed so those in the top can gain money
@Aster_Risk2 жыл бұрын
@@timeless9820 The channel mainly looks at women since wrinkles, cellulite, hair and skin texture are forbidden from being shown on real women's bodies in most media. There are many examples of men being allowed to have wrinkles, hair, skin texture and scars because it's seen as attractive. Men are allowed to be rugged and harsh in appearance. These videos aren't going to have the same effect on men or masculine people, which would be why this person said some men.

your videos help me realize that all bodies are beautiful and you don’t need to look a certain way to be beautiful because we all are perfect in our own way! these videos have helped me get through so much. thank you steph

What's so upsetting is that I never ever look at another human being and like them less because they have imperfections! And I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels this way. So why can't media be more honest, and therefore, more healthy for everyone?

I started watching your channel because I found the topics you cover to be really fascinating. But now I'm at the end of a weight loss journey (beginning a fitness one) and have been struggling with my body image due to the massive change (lost 80 lbs) combined with the saturation of falsified perfection found in the media and online communities. Videos like this help heal that mindset immensely. Thank you for what you do.

Thank you so much for these videos! You've really helped me accept and love my body the way it is❤️ it's so refreshing to see ppl with normal sized waists and those that dont have an hourglass figure. I would love to see a part 2!

I really hope my daughter & son grow up to watch your videos. It will be good for their mental health if she or he ever decide to be part of social media and feel bad about themselves in anyway. You are changing the way we see ourselves and others for the better. Thank you sincerely ❤️

As a 13 year old young girl who used to betotally obssesed with getting a smaller waist and flat belly i started working out but the results didnt satisfy me leading to me hating myself but since i found your channel i have realized the truth. Now i work out but not to look "perfect" but instead to be healthy and battle my asthma. i love you bro

Thank you :') I've struggled all my life with self image, I just always feel I'm not good enough, it's impossible not to compare yourself with all the people you think is beautiful, it's nice and I'm so thankful for you reminding us they're humans too and do not look perfect all the time, why should I expect that from myself? Thank you again❤️ helps a lot.

I truly cannot describe how helpful your videos have been for my perception of my body. I’ve realised my body is just trying to keep me alive- how could there be anything wrong with it for doing that? It doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s got organs working together to keep me alive and kicking! I look like a HUMAN WOMAN!

I used to be a life model for art classes and I did that for almost a decade and it really got me in touch with how real women's bodies looked and how beautiful we are. I spent my teens paranoid about having big boobs, long gangly legs and a very defined jaw, I felt like I stuck out like a sore thumb, but it turns out those exaggerated features are perfect for life modelling lol I love your videos they are so uplifting and inspirational thank you x

I love all your videos. You don't even know how much you've helped me with my BDD. Still struggling - and probably it's a never-ending fight with my own mind - but I'm doing way better. Thank you so much for all you do to make people all around the world feel better about themselves 🖤

It’s amazing what proportions do for photographs. I wish most women understood how tall most “lean looking” women are - or how short “muscular” men are. It’s all proportions and angles bby

A little bit about me, i am recovered ED'd and all though i am in the recovery part of my journey, that doesn't mean i don't have intrusive thoughts. These videos really help me. They remind me that these thoughts are lying to me, that i am just a human and so are super models! It kind of feels like that reality check i need to stay on track bc its so easy to get caught up in the lies on instagram or where ever else on the internet and believe THAT is reality when it isn't! Thank you so much Stephanie for creating this series and for making these videos. Keep fighting the good fight bc you are helping so many people! 💕💕
