***UPDATE*** Definitely need positivity before "comming out of the closet" with my dad. Wish me good luck ******* First of all, thank you for all the support. Words won't describe how well it feels to be accepted and loved. Second, I called my dad today and told him how I felt. It didn't go well but it was better than expected. He says it's wrong and I got influenced. I know my truth, I will save up to begin with my therapy. Not everything is bad, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes both. And finally, if you guys need any emotional support or just want to talk, would you like to build an online community? Would you like some sort of contact to reach out to? How about live updates? If this is a way I can help Humanity I will do my best. It would be nice to interview and interact with each other, that way no one feels alone. P. D. Posting 1 comment changed my life. I can recommend the subreddit r/SapphoAndHerFriend for casual modern and historic LGBT erasure. Things like ‘oh, they’re just friends’ to ‘was Sappho actually a woman?’. This Valentine’s Day, for some reason the principal said that there won’t be same sex marriage, so the guys in the love letters cabin ended up stealing some marriage papers and marrying gay couples in secret. 6:58 this happened to me 2 nights ago. I was with my two friends at a sleepover, they know I’m a closeted trans girl. We were talking about the saddest moments in our life’s and I had said the time I attempted suicide. They then continues to tell me how our friend group wouldn’t exist without me and that I’m the core, the positivity and the fun of the group. This was happening on other LGBTQ+ channels as well there was this news channel reporting on it as well saying creators should be able to turn down or ban certain ads from being put on their channels that attack the creators audience. But KZbin chooses what ads play I watch a lot of LGBTQ+ creators and didn’t realize regular ads were playing on normal channels....I was so use to seeing trump & skipping the ad that when a different political candidate popped up I cheered just because it was trump any more ...youtube is messed up .

So, funny storytime!: (Funny, wholesome? idk honestly but it involves cute animals and lgbtq+) So one time I was playing with my two ferrets. (I have one sable ferret named Maple and one "white-with-black-eyes" ferret named Cheesecake) For a little bit of context, my Non-binary pride flag usually hangs next to their cage but for some reason (i forgot why) it was on the carpet that day. I left the room to refill their water bowl and found Maple snuggled up in the pride flag. I now use they/them pronouns for my adorable (and possible enby) fur-baby.

I just came out to my dad as FTM, and he didn’t really take it well. He said I was too young (I’m 14, so I can kind of see where he’s coming from) and that I have my whole life to figure it out. Parents can underestimate how mature their children are sometimes. You are always going to be their little baby no matter how old you get. Being trans is different form the norm, and being different can make your life hard. Your dad just just doesn't want you to have to deal with those things that are hard. No parent likes the idea that their kid is going to face hardships. That's probably why you got that reaction. Not because HE doesn't support you, but because he's worried the rest of the world wont. Give him a chance to see that you really mean it, and that it's important to you. Hopefully that will make things easyer.

My mom is pretty much the same way about my asexuality and still talks about “wHeN yOu GeT mArRiEd” (I’m aro/ace) and I know from experience that this kind of thing really hurts, and I feel your pain. I’m sure you’ve already heard this but the best thing you can do is seek comfort from those who support you and always remember that your aro ace sister has got your back and is there if you ever need someone to talk to *hint hint nudge nudge*.
