Great game but ugly in some ways. The momentum shift was scary in the 3rd. Kudos to USC for fighting on after a nothing burger in the first half.

Donovan Edwards and Mullings should be in the game at the same time. Edwards is a menace against man coverage with a linebacker. Others have suggested moving Edwards to WR, but a decent safety or nickel would completely shut him down.

So IF we’re going to use Orji besides learning how to throw short passes consistently, he really needs to learn how to run RPO. Every time he handed off the ball there were several times he should have pulled the ball back & run wide for big time yardage. It was beyond frustrating watching him constantly hand off. Orji has to be smarter.

Michigan d still not covering swing routes out of the backfield. Makari paige was awful in all facets today. Couldn’t tackle was caught out of position in coverage. Reminded me of a Chicago bears win. As ugly as it gets but effective

The most obnoxious part is that Michigan fans are ignoring that the refs greatly aided them. This is one of those wins you’d think you have the decency to say, “we shouldn’t have won that but we’ll take the W”. Instead you guys are acting like you actually won by matching SC on the field. Face masks, blind side blocking, snapping the ball with 0 on the play clock, short on 4th down (td next play), facemasks to end the 1st half that would’ve put SC in fieldgoal position (no call). Where are the real football fans that can say, we didn’t deserve that W, instead of delusional fans acting as if you really beat SC on the field.

The refs sucked equally for both teams. Grant and Graham were being held on almost every play. Several hands to the face wete not called. At least 3 offside penalties were not called. Several false starts were not called. At least 4 defensive holding on Michigan recievers were not called. That fumble by Moss was actually an incomplete pass. That call gave USC new life and a TD. Just stop. You sound like a whiny ○hio fan.

But you didn’t run all over usc..? You had 3 long runs other than that you were held in check. Refs took points off the board for SC, and gave Michigan points (short on 4th, td next play).
