The 1 of 1 album, if you include the whole repackage, is SHINee's best album ever and I stand by that with my whole soul. Every time I play the whole album in shuffle I never skip a track till this day. SHINee truly a master of all genres.

Don't Let Me Go written by Key and rap by Minho was originally recorded as a Minho and Onew song, but they released a group version instead. I want to hear the other version too!

Jonghyun said before on a radio show that Don't Stop is about SHINee's journey working together the past 9 years. Jonghyun wrote the lyrics with SHINee's journey together in mind, and Minho & Key followed his lead and came up with the lyrics for the rap verses.

1of1 album is my personal favorite, along with the re-package 1and1. Those two albums showed SHINee's colors beautifully. From music to concept, SHINee delivered an album with no skips, full of visuals.

Don't Stop was written by Jonghyun and Minho. And Jjong said that it meant to reflect SHINee's 9-year career (it was released in 2016). But Shawols just collectively ignore that fact. Like Minho was basically moaning and everything, and they want us to believe it's about their career? 😅 But yeah 1of1 is definitely my favorite album. I just love how mature SHINee sounded in this whole album collectively.

Prism is the biggest grower there's out there. When you see the performance, you're done. It was actually voted by shawols to be one of the fan favorites for last year's anniversary party :)

I'm glad you reacted to 1 of 1! 💿 I know it can be challenging to enjoy it on the first try (for me, it was!) But listening to it multiple times makes you a better listener. It has so many layers of voices, instruments, genres... It's complex, like you said. But once you start noticing those details, each song becomes your favorite. To me, it's SHINee's most cohesive album. The retro concept was not only "a visual" treatment. The sound they created with the fusion of genres and modifying their way of singing is 🙌🏻another level🙌🏻, hard to find in k-pop.

Whenever I watch your videos, it just feels like I'm listening to it with a friend. After listening to the album again today, I've even added more songs into my playlist that previously weren't in, so I really enjoyed it. If you were to do another album reaction video, I would recommend the Story of Light trilogy (EP 1,2,3 and epilogue). I would love to see your reaction to that!

The 1 of 1 & 1 and 1 repackage, in my opinion, is one of their best albums. Hands down. I listen to it regularly. Absolutely no skips. Prism is probably in my top 5 SHINee songs ever, and yes, the Live really does make it. They've performed quite a few songs from this album actually, probably because they're so popular.

Prism grows in me. Really enjoy your album reaction, most people only do reactions to videos. Sir you are a true music lover! And back to this album, it’s a lot going on I agree. My most listened album is the 3rd album, the Misconceptions of us. Just the right amount of weirdness to my taste and it’s so addictive. Each SHINee album has a distinct theme.

HAHA SHINee has a lot of sexy music. You'll be shock and love it! Feel Good isn't even the more extra one. Actually Prism live performances are a lot sexier. The lyrics of Don't Stop can be confusing because the song sounds sexy but the meaning is about their career as a group who lead treands and not follow what is already popular (in terms of sounds in KPOP). You were right about So Amazing. The lyrics were written by Onew inspired on the moment they approach to the fans on the concerts.

My favourite song on this album is "Feel good". Personally i love every single Shinee album. But in the past months i'm mostly hearing their live tour albums. Nothing can beat live vocals und I really love the tour rearrangements of the songs. This album reaction is giving me a nostalgic feeling. :) Just finished listening to your your Glitch mode reaction and I'm happy that you are feeling better now. Don't stress yourself. Listen to whatever you like. Take your time. But i really think you need VIXX in yor life ;)

Smooth SHINee or as I like to call it SMOOTHee is my favorite genre of SHINee and this album is basically all that. I think you're safe with all the performances. Prism is my favorite on the album (highly recommend it live - you’re right, shinee songs live always better hit differently!), but feel good is my favorite live stage to watch. Their harmonizations in it make me emotional even though it’s a feel good (pun intended) song, and you can tell watching the performance how much the five of them love that song! (In the 20161007 Music Bank performance, there’s a moment where Taemin doesn’t seem to realize the camera is on him and he is smiling SO wide, but then in the next frame he’s back to serious and sensual). I also love the Don’t Let Me Go lives solely so I can watch Key go straight from rapping into that high note 🥰. The whole 1of1 era is great to watch live though since you can tell they’re having so much fun 😊❤️ As some comments have mentioned, SHINee has some writing credits on here too: Onew wrote the lyrics to both So Amazing on 1of1 and Beautiful Life on 1and1, Jonghyun/Key/Minho all did the lyrics for Don’t Stop, MinKey wrote the rap for Don’t Let Me Go, and Minho did the raps for Lipstick and U Need Me. I hope you enjoy the repackaged songs! The new ones are all ballads and slower songs, but they’re all beautiful.

I think the repackage 1 and 1 is actually a cult favourite amongst shawols. Some of shinee's best b-sides (slow paced/ballads) are all in there. Two underdogs, beautiful life (written by onew) and wish upon a star, are my absolute favourites. Please do give it a listen if you have the time!

LOL I get your reaction about Don't Stop, I used to be puzzled too. That and U Need Me. But after a few listen, I came to love those two so much. Probably because of their complexity which I think only SHINee can pull off (I've heard a few 4th gen groups trying a similar sound, some do great, some just can't pull it off). 1 of 1 is a no skip album for me, not so much with the repackage. But I do think that Rescue should be included in 1 of 1 instead of 1 and 1
