I have friends that I cherish a lot, but I don't feel a strong emotional attachment specifically for them. many neurodivergent people aro/ace or allo tend to experience a lack of platonic attraction, so even some allos probably would find themselves on the aplatonic spectrum. I get that all that a-spec stuff can be very confusing at first, but what else to expect? it's its own spectrum that got completely overshadowed and at times even excluded from the LGBT+ community. despite us being a romantic/sexual minority, cuz 5% of the population isn't a lot. the a-spectrum also overlaps with the what I would call preference spectrum(that were you differentiate pan, gay, straight etc. - if someone has a better name for it, please tell me).
