This is a glitch that occurs with ness's yo-yo where with the right conditions or something, ness can set where his yo-yo was charging as a trap that causes the next hitbox to stretch to the location of the trap for a frame. I assume this only based on the fact that it was at the ledge and that's where ness's do their yo-yo shenanigans

at 3:50 the reason the up b hit is because of something called the yoyo glitch, pretty much if you hit with the fist frame of ness up smash charge hitbox it puts a small hitbox where you hit it and one of the uses for the glitch is making any move starch from where the yoyo hitbox is to you and the hitbox that gets stretched is the one you are using so when he used up b it starched and killed him ggs shake my hand

The ness and falcon one is the yo-yo glitch where you hit with 1 frame of down smash and you can extend your hitbox all the way to where the yo-yo last hit, so the upB stretched and hit falcon LOL

At 3:55 Marss there's actually a cool Ness trick called the "yo-yo glitch" where if you charge ness upsmash and hit someone ONCE when you flash yellow and release it, it leaves a lingering hitbox on the ground until Ness either dies or uses a move. It can be used to do some wicked cool shit, including literally equipping hitboxes like dair, PK thunder (most commonly referred to as the Thunder Jacket) and grabbing across an entire stage. Super sick glitch tbh

@@kaiden7063 not thunder jacket, that's when you grab ledge with thunder tackle and the hitbox stays on you till you hit someone, also setup with up smash. It's a hitbox extension for one frame to where the yoyo glitch was first done (called the deadline).

3:33. Ness yo-yo glitch where if you charge it a bit while hitting someone it will keep a hitbox there. If you do an attack it stretches to you hitting anything in its way

3:40 that was the yoyo glitch, at 3:34 U see see that he hit him with a slightly charged up smash and that for some reason makes a small hitbox right were the up smash was, And if ness does a move the hitbox of the move will stretch all the way to the glitch hitbox of the up smash and when he was recovering the up b hitbox was stretched all the way to the up smash hitbox and the falcon was in in between them so it killed him.

The Ness thing is the yo-yo glitch. If you it with a specific part of down smash it puts a invisible hit box where it hit that does activate unless you do a move. It the stretches that move from where that hit box is to where the move originates.

3:34 Asumsaus viewers will know this was a result of the yo-yo glitch If Ness hits someone with his up smash on a specific frame while it’s still charging, it sets up a phantom hit box in that location until Ness activates another hitbox, at which point the phantom hit box will activate for 2 frames, stretched between its origin point and Ness’s current position, with the attributes of whatever hit box Ness just activated So essentially when Ness Up B’d, there was a super stretched Up B hit box between Ness and the place where his Up Smash initiated the glitch, which Falcon happened to be in the middle of
