I think her insurance paid for it. It’s a bit upsetting to me as a person who has had to work hard at losing 130lbs naturally and managed to keep it off for years. I’m left with a lot of loose skin after, and insurance won’t cover skin removal, but they’ll cover useless WLS for people like this who will just gain it all back! 😢😡

I’m a snacker and have maintained my 130lb natural weight loss for YEARS now, whilst still snacking. I don’t think the snacking is the issue, it’s the poor snack choices she makes 💯. I snack on berries, fruit, nuts, low-fat Greek yogurt etc. Her issue is she snacks on sugary carb laden over processed garbage, and she doesn’t seem to understand portion control and the importance of being in a caloric deficit

The amount of time she spends on deleting comments and blocking the commenters, surprises me she would have enough time or energy to hold up a conversation 72 responses long. Side note, when a profile defends Alex, I notice that their side of the conversation is deleted almost immediately especially when it is mentioned that Alex is the other person using a side account.

Alan Roberts did a fabulous video recently. He reacted to a doctor in the UK who ate highly processed foods for 30 days. The results were shocking. Brain scans actually showed some rewiring, blood work showed frightening changes and his BMI increased to the overweight category. In only 30 days. Alex has spent years eating ultra processed food and the results are visible. She’s got time, access to support and a husband who despite having a full time job would be behind her efforts 100%. Imagine all the people who do it on their own. Pay out of pocket for help or have minimal family support. It can be done and she’s going to regret it when the health issues really catch up. Her weight loss ( or lack of it ) is documented on a public platform. Her lack of effort or doing the hard work should be thrown at her every single day. She’s 5’7? She should weigh around 145. Shocking that after surgery she’s more than double what she should be at.
