Yes the "oi" is a diphthong and is pronounced like a single "i". So the title of the song would be pronounced "Ádii Drómi". And it means "Empty Streets".

Nice guess but Technopolis is a multisrtudtic venue built over the first gas factory in Greece that provided light and cooking gas!
